I called last night 7pm talked to Melissa she scheduled me and appointment for today .She said the tech will arrive between 12 noon and 5 pm and the tech will call you 45 minutes ahead of their arrival.
Well it is pass 6 pm . I waited for them 6 hours .No Perry A/C, No 45 minute call ahead, not even a courtesy call to tell me they will be late.
Not a very good way to run a company.
I guess my A/C is not the only thing that "Blows Hot Air"

Called in for AC and response was early and well done. In this heat it is important to get the AC working. There is additional work to be done,but waiting to see if temp improves so he can return.

Richard responded to an after hours call I had made about our air conditioning system not working. He immediately trouble shot the system and found the problem and fixed it. Great job! I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
