This place was fantastic! I called in the morning because my AC was not blowing out very hard or cooling down the house. Not only was the person on the other end of the phone kind, but she was able to get someone out to my house within a few hours. The technician was very kind, efficient, and fast. He did such an amazing job. Everything is running perfectly now! I will definitely use these guys again and I will shout how amazing they were from the rooftops so that everyone knows!!! The technician Jordan was able to come out the same day I called between other appointments and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the work that was needed as well as what may be necessary in the future. He made sure the heater and thermostat were working perfectly before he left and also offered to wash off a very dirty filter which I really appreciated. I’ve used Perry Heating in the past and have never been disappointed. They charge a very reasonable price and do the job correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My previous review was flagged. To say the least, we are extremely disappointed by our experience with Perry Cooling and Heating.
We purchased a new AC two weeks ago. Our 5 digit bill was collected right away and the AC was installed 2 days later. Their technician/sales person failed to complete calculating the size of the new unit we need, and they replaced an old 4 ton unit with a new 4 ton unit. The AC is running in short cycles and we contacted customer service numerous times over the past few weeks, requesting them to come over and perform the AC size required calculation.
It hasn't been done as of yet. We're pretty much receiving the run around treatment. On 8/9, we were told someone would show up the next day. No one did.
On 8/11 we were told someone would be over today (8/12) at 2pm, and it's now 2:30pm and no one is here.
We just want the correct sized unit to be installed at our house. If the unit currently installed is too big, please downsize it and replace it.
Truthfully, I would love for them to just come over, take it out and fully refund our money.
Service like that makes you think twice before having any work performed by certain businesses.

Perry Heating & Cooling has provided reliable, friendly and efficient service for regular maintenance, and once in an emergency air conditioner failure. I've been very pleased to have them take care of my heating and cooling needs.

Richard was wonderful! Arrived exactly when he said he would. Explained everything to me. Super easy to talk to and understand. He looked into my water leakage problem more than I expected. Thank you very much to a good company and a great guy 😊

We just had Kyler and Carlos replace our air conditioner and they did a great job! They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Todd was also very responsive on the phone and helped us solve the problem of our leaking system quickly and professionally.

Very good at explaining everything. Takes pics and videos. shows all parts pre and post repair, offers old parts as another proof of repair. Polite. clean and friendly
