Micah was our Service Technician and he was excellent. He kept us up to date with the service process.

First, we were thrilled that they scheduled an appointment for the day after our call! Rafael showed up promptly, analyzed the problem (our entire HVAC system is 23 yrs old and about to die). He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and presented options. Replacement of the system is scheduled for tomorrow. The whole experience so far has been easy and efficient.

I called this company to find a way to heat a small guest house. They suggested a split mini unit, scheduled installation on the day I requested. They came on time and did a great job. The crew was courteous and neat. My electrician and auto mechanic both told me the split mini is a great idea and Perry Heating and Cooling is the company to choose.

Great experience! They answered fast and arrived fast! Fixed my toilet and Matt was great, straight forward, and provided a great estimate and price! Will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Changing review again. Now that they have been paid, no response after 10 plus calls.
The quote had a charge greater than the original repair to put in a missing p-trap. A 60 year old home surely has a p-trap or we would have smelled gas.

Of course he “saw” a trap later on after we told him not to replace it.

Talked to someone claiming to be the manager, asked for details on work….was promised them and nothing ever sent.

Kyler and Carlos came out yesterday and did all the duct work under our home, then back today to hook up the new 5 ton unit. They were both very respectable, respectful and professional. The house is now nice and cool again. Thank you guys very much for our full system replacement. May have been a little pricey but well worth it. Thanks again guys

Jordan was great! Took time to explain digital thermostat to me and watched me operate it. He was very friendly and personable. I've found that to be true with all the service techs at Perry Heating.

The best I’ve been with these wonderful people for over a year and Todd is the absolute best. I am always so happy. He is so professional and cordial. I’ll ask for him every time!

Update for 2023, with the service plan through Perry We stay on top of our system with semiannual checks. Micah was professional and informative. We bought our unit from Perry heating and cooling 7 years ago. We always use them for our semiannual maintenance. Unfortunately our blower motor went out and Todd responded the same day and got the part ordered. He was professional and timely and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact every service person with Perry has been the same way. If you are ever needing a new HVAC system, call Todd with Perry for a quote! Nobody could beat them before and I'm sure nobody can beat them now!

Problem with AC unit was difficult to find, but the technician was diligent in diagnostic testing and troubleshooting. He took his time to make sure things were done correctly. I appreciate his time, effort, and quality work.
