Shamrock always comes through for us. Woke up at 4:00 am with no air 🥵 texted shamrock and as of 9:00 am there friendly professional tech has just left and we have air conditioning. Highly recommended

This is a great company! My grandparents and parents use them as well. So before we moved into our new house in November my husband had Day and Night come out to inspect the AC and they estimated $1300 worth of repairs. I did not pay it because I wanted a second opinion. I called Shamrock and Sean ( great guy!) said that everything looked great just that since the unit is 10 years old the compressor wasn’t doing as well so he fixed some electrical problems and added a part to boost the compressor and make it last longer. Paid only just over $500 with Shamrock! Way better!!! I definitely trust this company and will be using them exclusively for our heating and cooling needs!

Sean is the man. I am over satisfied with the work Sean did for me. He was on target with what I needed for my home and helped me set up my NEST thermostat and it works great. He was also able to get the best price for my new unit. I look forward to having Shamrock (Sean) handle all my heating and cooling needs. As always Sean and his team are professional and honest. They did a great job replacing an old air conditioning unit on my roof that for some reason the pigeons loved! He put chicken wire around the base so they could no longer nest ! What a great idea.

He took pictures of our unit to make sure we understood what was going on with it, and broke everything down for us. He was extremely courteous as well and a pleasure to work with. Just Stellar Service With A Smile

Sean Stein is amazing. He's knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He works with your schedule, they call when they are close by. They schedule to come twice a year to service the HVAC. My AC stopped working right when we hit triple digits in March. He worked pretty much non-stop, until my house was cool. I also trust him, I highly recommend him and Shamrock Heating & Cooling.

Our air-conditioning failed 110 F. end of July. Called Shamrock they sent a technician out, our a/c was very old decided on new one, Sean helped find the right one for our house, moved us ahead in schedule and we were cool again in just 24 hours. It was a fast clean installation. They were on time and efficient, very professional. I would certainly call them again.

Sean Stein installed a new Heat Pump on my house August 14th. Everything was delivered on time and Sean and another Technician started pulling the old unit off around 9am and was finished installing the new one around 11:45am. They did a very professional job and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Also Becky from the office emailed me the warranty that she filed for me so I didn’t have to worry about getting that done. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Shamrock Heating & Cooling.

I've read a million bad reviews of heating and AC companies, so I was guarded when I called Shamrock. The gentleman that answered was polite and got me an appointment within a few days.
The tech Rocky arrived right on time and was polite and efficient. He showed me everything going on inside the units and explained what needed to be done. He reviewed the different cost options and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything (which makes me trust his opinion more). He worked hard for several hours in the 90+ degree day and still had a smile at the end.
I can say that I did not have the negative experiences that I hear about with other companies. The cost was reasonable and there weren't any hidden charges. I will definitely be using Shamrock again. Thank you!
