I can't recommend Just Better Air enough. There is nothing worse than having your AC go out during a heat wave. (When else would it go out?) They were able to schedule us for a same day appointment, diagnose the issue, provide a reasonable quote and complete the work. My interaction with Jesse, our technician, was fantastic, talk about a professional. We've added JBA to our "preferred home vendor list" and will be customers for the foreseeable future.

I bought a high-end unit with a low price and a 10-year warranty.
Brian and Nathan, the installers were knowledgeable, cordial and hard working.
I have a quiet, efficient unit and a thermostat that I can control with my phone.
They answered every question I had, and they were extremely patient.

The technicians at Better Air came out after our AC stopped working. Joe and his team found and repaired a faulty wire. They also noticed several critical issues that would significantly impact us later and gave a reasonable quote to repair. They returned quickly and did an amazing job! We are thankful that now we are well prepared for the upcoming summer heat! We highly recommend Better Air for service and maintenance.

Excellent service and stellar technician! Hugo has an exceptionally high skill level, intelligence, and natural ability to communicate well with customers, and reflects a genuine level of integrity and honesty. These qualities make him an excellent representative for his companies business. Being hard to come by an employee with his credentials, I trust he is highly compensated! 😁 Probably a smart owner that hired him! I will be using this company again.

Ben and his crew installed a heat pump on my roof to replace my old unit. They were very thorough and professional and did a great job. They also installed a thermostat that is far more efficient and will work perfectly with my heat pump. I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Just Better Air if anyone is in need of repair or replacement!

I lost my heat and had another company tell me they didn't know how to fix it. I called Just Better Air and they sent over Jorden who quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He then went above and beyond and spent time trying to find any other issues. Great customer service.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a home warranty repair (and that's saying something). They were polite, knowledgable, and on-time. They presented me with various options highlighting the +/- of each and let me decide how to proceed (they did not push me towards any direction or try to upsell me). I hope to only deal with this company if I have any future HVAC needs as they are FAR superior to other companies that have visited in the past

My previous review was a 2 star however this company and it’s employees went above and beyond to correct things and address my concerns. Wes,Brian,the person working with Brian (I can’t remember his name) as well as Hugo as I said in my previous review did a tremendous job making sure everything is working and that it was all handled correctly. Even called back over the weekend. The company made everything right and even though we have a home warranty we are looking forward to a business future with this company separately doing our 6 month maintenance we hope with Hugo, Very happy they cared enough to know what a terrible situation it was and did everything as I said to correct it. Called on Wednesday, could not come out until Monday. Repairman was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions. This company does not accept checks and charged 3% service fee for credit/debit card use which I did not like

Technician was very knowledgeable and did a top rate job of fixing the problem with our air conditioner. It was an overall great experience. Thank you Just Better Air Conditioning.
