Our technician Kevin was prompt and courteous. He got right to the heart of the matter and explained the issue and advised of possible options. In considering a new unit as opposed to repairing our aged one, he quickly gave us an estimate regarding our choices pricing, and the timeline in which to resolve the problem. Kevin and Just Better Air Conditioning left us with a very favorable opinion of their business.

The technician, Robert was phenomenal. He came in and assessed the issue and was able t resolve the issue for both units. If I ever have issues with my AC again I will definitely think of them first! I will be able to sleep so much better tonight!

Wesley, the service tech, came out to diagnose our AC issues and went above and beyond to troubleshoot our issues. We had a previous tech come out a few weeks prior and they were no where as thorough in diagnosing our issues. Definately recommend Wesley with this company!

The technician had our A/C up and running in no time while being courteous and professional.

Wes was very friendly and personable. Gave us a lot of information on our unit. Explained how it needs to be working and went over it with a fine tooth comb. Let us know what needs to be repaired and will be submitting the required paperwork to our home warranty company. He also told us about time frames and what to expect next.

I was just on the phone with Stephanie and mark who are very rude and disrespectful they canceled my appointment because Stephanie scheduled it wrong then blamed me and after i addressed my issue they told there were rejecting my claim i then asked for a supervisor who was mark and he was just as rude as Stephanie was he kept telling me that he has no time to talk to me and that don’t won’t my work also was very racist
