mis dianosgied , said we needed a new $9 k unit , next repair man just had to replace a capiciter that was bad 20 years old for 119 bucks 120 service charge no bueno platimun home warranty sent them out

Choice Home Warranty sent out Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating and they replaced the capacitor the next day. Great service and Kevin was very informative

I just bought a house and realized my heater wouldn’t turn on even though the thermostat clicked “Heat On”. I used my home warranty and had Kevin from Just Better come. He was actually an hour early from my 12-5 bucket, which I appreciate. Kevin was professional and was knowledgeable. He helped me understand what the issues were (previous landlord installed a bad thermometer and the wiring wrong). Ended up getting a brand new thermostat with a working cooling and heating! Thanks Kevin and Just Better!

Not impressed, did not leave any messages when calling to make appointment so we went without AC for several days. The tech was kinda rude, and had to pay co-pay even though we are not property owners.

Great company and great technicians. The tech was on time and very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it just as quick. He made sure everything was in working order before leaving.
