Very professional. I was very happy that the technicians shouldn't call before they arrived to give me a time frame. Brian and his son were very professional Through the whole installation. I was very impressed By the fact he was teaching his Son A trade and a way to make a living.. I have been in the heating and air conditioning business for about 20 years I will call the owner And discuss privately about some problems that Need to be addressed. But overall I was very happy with your company and The way things were handled

Robert was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly--and he fixed our HVAC system the same day when another bid we got said $1000 in parts would have to be ordered and replaced. Highly recommend!

Our heating system stopped working and Jordan found out that inducer motor had a problem. Jordan was very knowledgable and patient and informed us about the problem in detail. He was able to order the part and then install it in less than 3 days. We are very happy with the service he provided. We highly recommend them and in case our HVAC needs service, we will surely use them again.

They arrived when they were scheduled and repaired my air conditioner problem quickly. They did a great job!!

Our a.c. went out Friday night. Our home warranty recommended Just Better Air Conditioning. We received a call Saturday morning saying their service tech would be at our home between 12 and 5. Our technician arrived at 1p.m. and went straight to work. Our technician Robert climbed into the attic, found the problem and fixed it. He then went outside to the unit and fixed a second issue. Robert was professional, polite and thorough. I would highly recommend Just Better Air and their technician Robert anytime.

Check-up on why my system recycles. All was okay. Just an older unit. Jordan explains everything and is very nice and competent.

Technician was prompt, called ahead and arrived on time. Fixed the issue with the heat not functioning in good time. Left the work area clean and in order. Would recommend.
