Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

I am used to getting scammed and taken advantage of by most of the contractors that seem to be aligned with the home warranty company we have had for the last four years.
Jordan, the technician with Just Better Air Conditioning, is a glaring exception to that normal rule.
Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and pleasant- he carefully explained everything about my system and exactly what he was doing, any things I could do to help prevent future issues, and, when it came time to go, he did offer me several options for service but did not try and badger or force an upsell like many others have.
As someone in sales for over 25 years, I can really appreciate that.

Because of Jordan’s pleasant demeanor, helpful advice, and willingness to check other areas of my system and give me advice, I will definitely consider just better air conditioning for my further heating and air-conditioning needs.

Someone came out via home warranty. AC/heat/fan wasnt turning on. Got the vibe when he came that he didnt want to be there at all. Went on attic and came down to tell me i need to have an electritian come out before i have another AC tech out. No other information other than that really, like i said, he just wanted to collect the deductable and get out as soon as he could. Had another person out, who found that it was just the blower motor and the breaker that needed replacement. Ac works fine now.
Yea, it was that easy.
Look, if you just dont want to bother, say it. Dont take warranty calls if your just going to pass the buck because they are to much of a pain to deal with, but you want your copay for doing 10 min of work to purposfully pass the buck.
But he said he could do a bew sysyem with rebates that wasnt gas based because they are "phasing" out gas heaters.

The "during" part of the HVAC unit inspection and coil cleaning was fine but, in the process of clearing the line, brown, smelly fluid blew out of the bathroom sink, splattering all over the counters and floor. Apparently this can happen but it was not checked for by the technician. The mess wasn't discovered until our tenant went to use her bathroom. She had to do a lot of disinfecting and cleaning and had to replace some toiletries and bathroom items. It ended up costing me, as the landlord, more to reimburse her for the damage/cleaning/replacement than it did to have the service in the first place.

Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Answered all the questions that I had when one of our units recently went down and required replacement. I would recommend these guys in cave creek, north Scottsdale.

Jose completed work on our unit! He was great, would recommend. Hopefully we don’t need them again, but will call them should we!

I was very impressed. Hugo did a great job he stayed until the job is completely done. He is also going to put in a new High and low limit switch. Thank you so much Hugo .

I definitely recommend “Just Better Air Conditioning & Heating”. From the moment my warranty company assigned them to fix my unit, they are very professional. Stephanie called to introduce their company and help me with scheduling. They also called to remind of my appointment the day before and the technician called 30 mins before arriving to my house. The technician was very friendly and personable. He explained what was wrong. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating!
