Brian & Kevin came out and replaced the heating system in our attic yesterday. They were extremely pleasant and professional to work with. Prompt, transparent with everything involved, efficient and friendly. My house is warm again and I'm very impressed with their customer service. Would recommend this company and employees highly.

Technician was very helpful and well knowledgeable and prepared to matance our HVAC unit. They were accommodateing and gave a friendly call prior to arrival and even scheduled a sooner appointment than our home warranty to repair our downed AC unit during the heart of summer. We would certainly recommend Just Better Air Conditioning and their service Technicians for your AC needs.

The main office were prompt in setting me up in their system and getting me on their schedule. Kevin called ahead of time as requested and was professional, on time and upfront in his assessment of the health status of the 2 units he checked and performed the recommended maintenance as part of the preventive/maintenance program. Just WORSE Air! Horrible experience with these incompetent, dishonest people. Wes the tech said my reversing valve, compressor, TXV were bad and entire condenser unit needed replaced. Even worse- they told AHS warranty company the issues were pre-existing since I called in catastrophic failures a week after my 30 day waiting period was over. AHS denied my claim because of this! I called to explain facts to Mark, an arrogant manager. He did not care to hear facts that my unit was covered by previous warranty company before ordering a plan with AHS and had coil replaced in attic a few months prior and system was working properly. He said warranty company techs come out and replace parts and don’t check the system for proper operation. Liar! This company is incompetent, dishonest, arrogant and disgusting. Another company came out for second opinion. They propped diagnosed an obvious leaking reversing valve, replaced it and system is working properly. Horrible experience thanks to Mark and Wes, the most incompetent duo I’ve ever dealt with!

Their repairman Jordan called before he came, was on time, explained the problem and went over pricing before any work was done. He did a great job. As a senior citizen I appreciated the time he took and felt very comfortable with the company. This was my first time using them and will use them for any future furnace or air issues.

Just better Air Conditioning responded on the same day as I called. The repairman showed up on time and was able to replace a broken part on my air conditioning on the spot. They fixed it in under 30 minutes. The worker was very polite and professional the entire visit. I am very impressed with Jusr Better Air Cinditioning!

Kyle was very helpful in explaining to me how he cleans the heating system. As well as informing me of the repair that I need. We have been with Just Better Air Conditioning & Heating for 5 years. We purchased their extra plan to make sure everything stays up-to-date. They come out twice a year. We enjoy this business for they treat you as family. Thank you Just Better!
