Tech was only interested in selling us a new unit. Yes unit is old but no attempt to repair was actually done. He was there on a home warranty call so I guess that wasn’t going to be profitable enough for this company. Do not use if you want company that will at least try and repair before quoting a new $11,000 unit.

Very quick. Professional. Very very helpful with explaining all issues and repairs. Very helpful with the walk through of using our home warranty after 2 other companies from the home warranty caused more of an issue with the systems. Will be using them again when we have an issue.

Their technician was on time very pleasant and explained everything very throughly. I would definitely give him a excellent rating.

Our A/C blower stopped working last night. We left a message for Just Better A/C that night and someone called back first thing the next morning and scheduled service for that morning. The service person was knowledgeable and communicated well. The problem seems to be resolved.
