They are fantastic! They gave me a window for when they'd be here to fix my AC, and they showed up within 30 minutes of the start of that window. He was very kind, and he got to work right away. He fixed my AC quickly and efficiently, and he took time to show me the part that broke and was replaced. 10/10 recommend for your AC needs.

Our AC unit is dated 1999, it has a lot of issues and needs to be replaced. Jordan explained everything that was wrong, in great detail. He is a very caring kind person, I have never met him but you can just tell. Our daughter had recommended this company to us, we are very pleased.

Just Better Air went above and beyond to make sure my AC is working the was it is "supposed to work."
Intermittent issues were occuring since APRIL, leaving me limited to sleeping at 82 degrees! I typically sleep hot, so not good at all.
Wes' knowledge and work ethic is amazing! Sharp guy and very customer service focused.
I'm sure he can fix what is wrong with any unit.

Technician, Kevin from Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating is putting an order/Claim for new parts, with my Choice Home Warranty Insurance.. Keeping my fingers crossed, that the parts get approved with my Insurance company. I Didn't appreciate that I wrote a cheque out to this company then I was told, they don't accept checks, only Cash and Card, Daaam..
So now we wait for word from my insurance Company.
"Until then my triplets/ children has to freeze".

Diagnosis only at this time. Very professional and kept me informed. Found the problem. Repair to be made in the coming days.
