Our heat went out and our home warranty paired us with Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating. They were able to get us in pretty quickly on their schedule. Our technician was super friendly and professional and fixed our heat. Definitely would use them again!

They are professional, on time, and communicated every step of the way. We had some problem where 7 or 8 AC companies couldn’t fix, it was fixed by just better air, my husband and I are very thankful!

Although our newly installed AC unit stopped working because of the AC breaker went off for some unknown reasons, but Jason was a professional and helpful explaining and letting us know about the installation of a device to filter all the allergen coming through air supply ducts, which we may consider in a distance future.

Your guy was good seem to know what he was doing but as far as your scheduling first I was scheduled from 10 to 2 then you called me back and scheduled me from 12 to 5. He didn’t get here till 530. You guys scheduled too many appointments for these guys you interrupted my dinner and my evening I don’t know why I’m always the last person on your list. That sucks.

Repairman knew what he was doing. identified the issue and fixed the same. Was here on time, did the work necessary and identified some suggestions for other units and was done and gone.
