This was a 2 step job. Repairing an AC leak and the drip pans which they did an excellent job on. But the first step completed left a slight rattle in the spare bedroom. When we informed the workers doing the 2nd step about the rattle they couldn't tell where it was coming from. They didn't look very hard. But after they finished the final step and the job was completed, the rattle was louder. This was only noticeable when the AC was running. When we complained to the company about this, and since we had a warranty on the house, we were told a new claim needed to be opened costing us another $65. We didn't do it.

This company was very friendly and the representative (Robert Dorsey) that came to my house was pleasant respectful and very efficient. My unit was fixed quickly and by a very knowledgeable employee. Will most definitely use again and again.

Jordan was great and explained things very well to me. The company itself was very quick to call and get me scheduled. I was given a 5-hour window between 12:00 to 5:00 and Jordan was here in the middle of that window, about 2:30, and called shortly before his arrival to let me know he was near. Very pleased customer.
