Rocky came out to inspect and repair our air conditioning unit. Shamrock called me with a 45 minute alert that Rocky was on his way and he arrived right on time. It's very clear that he is extremely knowledgeable about the systems and was able to make the repairs in a timely manner. Rocky also discussed maintenance items with me using easily understood explanations.
I was very impressed with Rocky's knowledge as well as his amazing customer service. I would recommend Rock and Shamrock Heating and Cooling to anyone. I am a real estate broker and they are on my "preferred vendor" list.

We just bought a 16 year old home with 3 AC units. On the first 108 degree day we noticed that 1 of the m was giving us problems and not keeping the downstairs cool. Shamrock came out quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a great price estimate on repair. The repair was done quickly and we are very happy with the work. We will use them again. Highly recommended!!!

Sean S. came to our house today & fixed our AC so fast! They gave us a time fame of 3pm-6pm of when they'd be arriving but Sean showed up at 2:30pm. We were so thankful! He explained what needed to be done thoroughly but in layman's terms which was much appreciated. We took advantage of their savings pack to make sure the AC is in tiptop shape all year round. Both him and the office dispatcher were very polite & cordial and we appreciated their customer focus.

My air conditioner started blowing warm air. My home warranty company (2-10) assigned Shamrock. The first tech to come out (Daniel) was great, said he found the source of the leak, refilled the system. Cold air for 30 days, then warm again. The second call had Rocky come out, again, great service, he refilled and this time added a sealant which he said would either fix it permanently or it would leak again within 30 days depending on the nature of the leak. ~30 days later, and I had warm air again. The THIRD tech Sean arrives next. He adds freon and the system starts blowing cold air, then he tells me that the condenser blower motor is overheating and is actually the cause of the problem. What?! That doesn't make sense, it cooled fine after a recharge when it was 110F and today it's only 83. Also the minute you added freon it got ice cold. "I didn't add freon" WHAT? I watched you add freon through the window! "Well it didn't take any freon". It got cold again moments after you did it (confirmed with IR thermometer)! "Well it took SOME, about a pound, but that's not really the problem, you need a motor" WHAT?! That makes no sense. He then tried to sell me a monthly maintenance program. WHAT?! I already have a warranty and you guys haven't been able to fix it in 3 tries, why would I want to further tie myself to you?! I then spoke to the dispatcher at Shamrock (Chris) and he confirmed that Sean's diagnosis made no sense and didn't match the symptoms. Fourth call to the home warranty company and my case has now been moved to another vendor because Shamrock says they won't work on this AC again (which is probably for the best). Crazy right? Months later and I still don't have functional AC.

Amazing friendly service!
Called Friday afternoon, they squeezed us in as fast as they could due to our AC going out. We couldn’t get it repaired until today due to the holiday but Sean was right on time and very quick to get it repaired and back cooled off. Thank you so much for your help with our AC! We will definitely be recommending you in the future!

I have used Shamrock Heating and Air for several years..I have a service contract with them and it's so convenient. They remind me of my twice a year services, without me needing to remember. If I ever have a problem, they are amazingly quick with their response time!!! Highly recommend them!!!

My family and i have an older ish house with a unit installed in '98 and we have been using shamrock for several years now with excellent customer service. We pay the monthly fee for the service agreement to save money on parts, labor and piece of mind and we receive our check up and tune ups on time with no issues. The coolest thing is our technician has been the same cat for the past 3-4 years and hes freaking awesome. He never steers us wrong finds any and all problems before they become major issues and gets things done and running no matter what the obstacle. Rocky is a life saver, in fact just this past week he did our tune up and caught a fatal issue where the previous company didnt fasten the compressor to the condensing unit appropriately and fixed it immediately before it became a critical issue. Good lookin out Rocky!. I highly recommend this company and to those who have had issues with them, id have to say consider the source...

My A/C has been weak, running 23hrs per day to achieve 81F. Early July this summer, after my short vacation, I found the A/C couldn't cool down under 83F though it was running 24hrs. Googled several good rated A/C companies nearby and called to Shamrock in the evening. They sent Jay the next morning, he examined my A/C for a while, suggested several solutions. I choose fixing Freon leak and replacing a motor which was too big sized comparing to the compressor according to him. He explained those things very well, behaved politely and nicely, and worked hard and precisely in my hot attics (at about 140F?) and in my back yard in the afternoon. The next day, my A/C reached 81F easily with running only several hours a day. I think the price was appropriate, and Jay fixed exactly what I needed. I watched my A/C for last 4 weeks, and I'm still satisfied. I strongly recommend Jay to others.

I feel they will do a good job for me after checking with the Registrar of Contrators website. Also felt Daniel was very professional when he was here. I am looking for a fair and honest company. I have hopes that Shamrock will be the one.
