We’ve used Shamrock since we moved into our house a few years ago—at the time our AC units were already 17 years old. Their maintenance service kept the original running even through the brutally hot summer of 2020. When the units finally died out after 20 20 years, the Shamrock team responded both in providing an affordable plan with payment/financing options that still worked in our budget, but also in their professionalism in getting the job done. Their work was top notch, making the extra effort to make the installation perfect. They answered all of my questions. The new system works great. I highly recommend them

I have been using this HVAC vendor for several years now and they have always been fair with me. This spring they cleaned my heat pumps without asking first and the bill was about $500. That was a bit of a shock to the system but otherwise I have been happy with their honesty about what parts are really needed vs. what parts I can wait on. They assured me this cleaning was 💯 needed!
I also like how I am not pressured every year into a sales pitch to buy new units even though mine are going on 19 years young!
I’m not a big fan of sending big appliances to the dump to rot if they can be kept running with good maintenance!

They were on time, professional, and explained what they were doing. When I had to reschedule, they made it work. They offer a checkup service as well and were proactive about scheduling that which I appreciate.
I could feel the increased cold air flow when they were done.
Overall, I dont have any complaints. Based on the service I received I would recommend these people, it was overall very simple and convenient.
