Since we moved to AZ. about 8 yrs ago, we've had nothing but positive dealings with this company. They always go above and beyond (come early, stay late,) to take care of any problems we've had in our home along with both condos. When our A. C./heat unit (installed when the house was built 17 yr.s ago) was ready to die, Shamrock installed a new whole unit that has dropped our electric bill by 25%. I was amazed. I have only great things to say about Rocky, Daniel and the owner Sean. I would absolutely recommend Shamrock Heating & Cooling to anyone needing service.

Company installed unit 2 years ago...called for no cooling. Technically no warranty issue... Roof replaced last week, technician found roofers didn't connect unit correctly. Shamrock took care if problem expertly and efficiently even though not a warranty issue. THANKS!!

We were having problems with one of our units at our Assisted Living Home and needed someone right away. Sean came out and gave us a estimate and was able to do the work within days. Excellent warranty too. Very professional. We were very satisfied from start to finish.

Sean & the Shamrock team have been great. I purchased my home last summer with a 15 year old AC unit and had been having issues. I never felt pressured for any type of sale and he gave me plenty of options that were in my budget. They were timely and courteous. I wouldn't recommend anybody but Shamrock Heating & Cooling.

I just have had my air conditioner repaired by Sean. What an awesome person! I have used Shamrock Heating and Cooling for many years. Sean was the one who installed my air conditioner. I feel very comfortable with him because he knows the history of my central air unit. I ask him many questions and always gives me an honest answer, which I truly appreciate. This guy truly knows his business. He is always will to work with you. He is always friendly and no matter how hot it is outside always greets you will a smile.

I called Shamrock because my a/c was blowing warm air. The unit was installed by Shamrock less than 5 years ago and came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. At that time, I dealt with Sean and Shamrock was the lowest of 3 estimates I got for replacing my heat pump. This time, however, I suspect I was ripped off. The technician was friendly, but wasted no time in establishing that I knew nothing about HVAC systems. After diagnosing the cause of the problem (covered by the warranty), he just happened to find several items that needed attention that were not covered by the warranty and implied that failure of my system was imminent if I did not have these parts replaced, repeatedly using 'industry terms' for things and saying how hard it was to explain them to me, because I don't know anything about how heat pumps and electrical systems work. After he humiliated and scared me into agreeing to $900 worth of [likely unnecessary, possibly non-existent] work, he insisted on using my hose to do the cleaning of the system, even though I warned him it was not long enough to reach my second story roof. So now my hose bib and rain gutter are bent from him yanking the hose. I just hope he didn't damage my roof. The technician also mentioned more than once that he'd been working for 13 days straight with no time off and asked me to rate his service on a scale of 1-10 right then and there, which made me very uncomfortable. I feel stupid and sick to my stomach for not getting a second (or third) opinion, but being without a/c in the Phoenix heat and not wanting to have to take a day or more off work to be home and get more estimates, I just caved and got the work done. Next time I need a/c service, I'll be sure to get estimates from several companies, but Shamrock won't be one of them.

Great contact, very fast response and replaced my two ACs next day. Pricing is reasonable and you can choose options without a long-term service contract - which was why we decided to go with them. Work was done very professionally and fast, replaced two ACs in 5 hrs.
