We had an extremely great experience with Daniel and Sean. Daniel came over 2 times in a 48 hour period to attempt to repair the air conditioner. It was decided that a new unit would be necessary. We talked with Sean on Friday and Saturday morning and was given a reasonable estimate for the new unit, with the warranties and service contract and was advised that the installation would be done on Tuesday. Daniel and Sean were prompt, efficient, kept us informed and answered any questions we had when they were installing the new unit. The service and professionalism shown by Daniel, Sean and Shamrock Heating was exceptional and we will be referring friends to therm.

Daniel came in for our bi-annual maintenance check. He is always polite and quick, and explains any issues clearly. The pricing seems fair and the service is dependable. Highly recommend.

Sean was great. He arrived exactly on time, gave us options for the fix, and saved the day. It was a 113 degree day when our AC stopped cooling and the house kept warming up into the 90s. Luckily Sean and Shamrock Heating & Cooling were able to come out sooner than other companies, diagnose the broken phase shifter, replace the part, and get the compressor putting cold air back into the house. Highly recommend Shamrock.

We had the original AC/HEAT system from when our house was built in 1992. 2 other local companies came out to service it and both companies didn't service it, they told me I needed a new system. I then had Shamrock come out, they not only spent over an hour cleaning and doing minor repairs/preventative maintenance and kept it running for 4 years straight without issue for only 14 bucks a month on their service plan. This week we had them install a whole new system, they were awesome, beyond happy with them, awesome new system, they left everything cleaner than when they arrived, the cost was less than any other quote I had 4 years ago. Thank you Shamrock Team, you have a customer for life.
