I have been with Shamrock for over 10 years. Sean, Daniel, Becky & team are professional, timely, quick to respond with very fair & reasonable pricing! Haved used for twice a year maintenance, new a/c unit installation & service calls. They are great about timely scheduling appointments, identifying the problem & providing resolutions. A great team & company!!

Daniel provided efficient, competent service repairing a problem with my 14 year old, 3 Ton unit and checking out another concern I had. He is always polite and knowledgeable. He and Sean are both good representatives for Shamrock.

My Ac wasn't cooling as well as it normally does at an AirBnb property that I own. So I called Shamrock Heating & Cooling to come take a look. This was my first time using Shamrock Heating & Cooling and they sent Sean to the house. Sean was great. He checked the system noted it that it had a leak and lost the freon. Sean and team went to work finding and fixing the leak. Ac is recharged and cooling down the house again. I can't thank you enough for getting it done in a timely manner. 100% recommend Shamrock Heating & Cooling.

We rely on Shamrock for our regular servicing and their service when something goes wrong. Their annual service plan is a good value and gets us priority service when our air konks out in one of those 116 degree days. Sean and the rest of the crew are reliable and patient with my many questions. We've referred them many times this year for A/C replacement work.

Air conditioning went out late Saturday night, sent a text at 6 am and the technician was there at 9 am. Had the air up and running in no time and all was done in the most friendly and professional manner. Thanks to Shamrock for fast and friendly service.

We have been using Shamrock Heating and Cooling for many years. Sean, and his staff respond very quickly and professionally. I have to mention that when we had to replace one of our A/C units a few years ago, despite the intense heat, and my insistence, he and Daniel made it a point to go around the house, rather than come through it which would have been much easier for them. They were more concerned with tracking any dirt, rather than their comfort. Weeks after the install, I was also impressed with Sean's prompt answers to my many questions. He was very patient. Recently, we had an issue with our other A/C unit and he came quickly as promised and diagnosed the problem on the spot. He replaced the unit at a fair price and he and Daniel worked non-stop through the installation. We appreciated that all old equipment and debris were removed before they left. Frankly, we could get a new unit anywhere, but what keeps us going to Shamrock Heating is not only their pricing, but the quality of their customer service Great company. They never disappoint.

Sean was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After spending over 2 weeks trying to get our home warranty to help fix our AC with nothing but a runaround, I called Shamrock and they had Sean out to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour. Less than 3 1/2 hours after I called Shamrock we finally have our AC up and running after 2 weeks of not having any air running.
Being treated like family is something that you don't find in many companies nowadays. I'm glad we found Shamrock and have our maintenance program through them!
