Sean was very professional and knew what he was doing. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day. He was also kind enough to get us a refund of 75$ by talking to his office when I presented him with a coupon i found on shamrock website. Overall great experience and will definitely call them again.

Well, I know my A/C is 40 years old, but upon inspection you should have been able to see two wires touching that was causing the breaker to trip. I had another company come out the same day a few hours later just to have the A/c up and running in 10 min. It took you two men longer to try to talk me into spending $3,000 for a new compressor. Always get a second opinion. This 40 year old A/c is lasting longer than these new ones on the market! A Great waste of $69. Let's call it a donation!

Becky was great in the phone, and got me on the schedule for the very next day. Sean and Danny were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they got the problem diagnosed and fixed promptly. I felt like they were looking to help and not just get me to buy a new AC unit or buy a bunch of other things.

Shamrock has been our service for all things heating and cooling for 15 years. Everything from repair to replacement to maintenance. When we moved 3 years ago and had issues with the A/C they came to the rescue. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our 5 ton AC unit went out a few days ago and my husband looked up a company that had good reviews so the guy came out and said the motor is burnt out on this nineteen-year-old unit and he can't get the part for it cuz it's too old so we would need a brand new 5 ton unit! The guy quoted $7,500!

So my husband wanted to get a second opinion and called Shamrock Heating and Cooling company! He talked with Sean Stein and set up a time to come today! Sean was right on time and he went on the roof to check it all out and make a diagnosis for the 5-ton unit and also our 2-ton unit! He also assured me before he went on the roof that he's got all kinds of motors and all the equipment in his truck!

So Sean repaired the 5 ton unit we had cold air blowing the second he got off the ladder with a minimal charge! He also checked the 2 ton unit and confidently said it's in good shape!

Now I have his card and the company magnet on my fridge and we will never go any place else other than Shamrock! Sean was fantastic! He was very kind, professional and hospitable and just did the job quick and was completely thorough!

I called Shamrock in a pinch a few years ago and they have been my heating and cooling provider ever since. They always seem to have early morning and late afternoon times available which works perfect for me. The guys that work on my system have taken the time to explain exactly what's wrong and right with my system. I just replaced my AC Unit with Shamrock, after shopping around they got me the best price. I could not be happier with new system and I feel very comfortable working with the guys at Shamrock!

Sean at Shamrock was outstanding. He was honest, transparent, kind and not at all pushy. He gave use several options and the pros and cons of each and then left it up to us to decide, with no pressure. We bought our home over 5 years ago and it had a unit Shamrock installed. The warrenty was transferred to us and we have had Shamrock come every year to inspect and do a yearly service.
I always have appreciated the honesty and integrity of the knowledgable technicians that have come out.
We once had a "no cool" during last summer and they had a tech out in the next day. It was an inexpensive fix.

My home warranty company initially sent over an AC technician from a different company who told me to change my filter every month when it was just changed a month and a half ago and told me to keep my thermostat within 2 degrees of my desired temperature and that was it. I was not satisfied with that response and requested a second opinion and was so grateful they used another company, Shamrock heating and cooling and sent over Daniel Stein. He was thorough and determined to figure out the problem and within 15 minutes I knew he had done something outside because I immediately felt cold air blowing out of the vents. This company was very quick to send someone out and Daniel was right on time for the time he indicated he would arrive, also sent a text to indicate his arrival. Highly recommend!! I will be reaching out to Daniel and this company for all my heating and cooling needs.
