Our technician Markus was amazing!! He was prompt, courteous, professional and very respectful of my husband I, both having to work remotely in our home, during his assessment. When an issue was discovered, Markus explained the problem thoroughly, and prepared a pricing quote on the spot. He had the part and was able to complete the job effectively and efficiently. We have always had excellent and caring service with TSC Air, and Markus is a testament to the value this company offers. Thank you Markus, and TSC Air.

It was a pleasure to work with TSC Air. Don was very thorough in his explanation and proposal for our new AC units plus new furnaces. The work crew had both new units installed in one day which was awesome! The whole team was very polite and respectful of our home and left everything clean after their work. 4/2020: How many AC companies in the valley can you find that have 5 stars? I waited a few months after having my new AC unit installed to write a review to be absolutely sure.

We live in the Ahwatukee area and when I was looking at different companies, I randomly reached out on the Next Door App and asked for a professional AC company recommendation. I received several responses, but TSC was the most popular. I had three companies come to my house and give me quotes including Don with TSC. Don seemed very trustworthy and professional, his price was reasonable and he is a local resident.

Within a few days, my new AC was installed. I have two systems and they revamped my other AC to work more efficient as part of the deal. Their work was thorough and all communication was prompt...no waiting for call backs or emails.

We went with the Amana and so far, this AC is great.

Also, Don's son was a big part of the installation and was very polite and professional. That is another thing....typically you will get better quality and service when it's a family operated company. TSC seems to be a good example of that.

I will recommend TSC Air to my family and friends for sure.

4-14-2023 These guys are still great. It has been 3 years now and they installed both my AC units. Any small issue, and they are quickly at your house. I am still very impressed.

Nate was ON TIME, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the results of the AC inspection and made sure I didn't have any other concerns. He is a valued employee to TSC.

I was impressed that Marcus was on time; introduced himself; explained what he was doing , very polite. At completion he asked me if he could change my filter. I really appreciated that he changed the filter for me, as it is hard on my neck to change the filter.

My appointment with TSC Air was at 8 am, and Nate knocked on my door at 8:00! He was professional, efficient, and friendly and gave a detailed report before leaving. I love TSC Air!

TSC is a small family-owned HVAC business in Tempe. Starting with installation of a new HVAC system in 2017, Don and his staff have provided me with consistently fast, competent, and cheerful service. Every person, including newest tech Nate, is top-notch. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
