My old 20+yr AC broke during the Summer. TSC was quick (same day) to come out, identify the issue where other companies were not able to locate the problem, and offer solutions. I'm a first year home owner so this was all new to me. Don walked me through the entire process of temporary fix vs replace and helped me with next steps. Their pricing was very fair and we opted to replace the unit. Matt led the replacement and he was very helpful and communicative on the next steps. There was not a moment where I did not know what was happening or what to expect. The team was very professional & clean & the work they performed was A+. I have 0 complaints. The TSC team made this process so seamless and easy and I'll continue to recommend them to everyone.

Matt and his team at TSC Air have done a great job for me! They're thorough, honest, and use quality parts so that repairs last and we don't keep having the same issue because of cheap parts. We have their bi-annual maintenance plan and it is such a relief to know that they're keeping an eye on out units and will let us know if there are any issues on the horizon. Nate and Jacob came out to repair/adjust a newly installed interior AC unit in my apartment. The install was done but it was still leaking and they fixed it and explained why it was doing it. Good, very professional, and courteous.
