TSC Air

Last summer, we had our air conditioner go out. We have a home warranty so I called to submit a claim. They approved my claim and gave me a company to call. I called the company they referred me to and they said it would take two days for them to be able to come out. Not ok in the middle of an Arizona summer. Fortunately, I found TSC Air, Don came out the same day and fixed our air conditioner. This summer, my daughter’s AC went out and it was the same drill...”call this company...they can be out in two days”....with two babies in her home! I called TSC Air again and again Don came to our rescue. I highly recommend TSC Air!!

I called Goettl air had the guy come out, he said my ac would cost 1800.00 to fix, no joke. He mentioned all kinds of things that needed to be done. I decided to call TSC since I had a friend that used them and loved them, I sent them the invoice that Goettl gave me and immediately Don the owner wanted to come take a look. Don showed up not 45 min later to look and only found a few issues, he fixed my ac and only charged me 590.00 compared to Goettl this was night and day. They also offer a service where they come out twice a year to inspect the unit for 13.00 a month. Don was polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, I seriously have a AC repair service for life. Don’t waste money on other companies seriously go with TSC they are amazing.

Matt is excellent!!! He actually solved the difficult issue with my AC unit when other staff at a well known company could not figure out and making me look like a simpleton. Matt actually took the time to observe the problem and pin point that it was the over heated AC unit that causes intermittent problem. He actually preventing potential fire hazards from over heating AC motor that kept running quietly and not blowing any air. TSC technician practice infection control; we feel safe around Matt especially during Covid-19 pandemic. Their staff get immunization against Covid as well. Can't say enough about how great the staff of this company. TSC Excellent service, courteous, competent, and knowledgeable.

Mike and Brent did an excellent job explaining how the sensors will affect what the thermostat will read. They were on time, efficient and very knowledgable about the unit. Thank you!

Mike was very professional and kind. Before he did anything to my air unit, he asked about it and let me know what he was doing. Very polite. He also let me know afterward that everything was taken care of.

Air compressor was burned out. Called TSC and he sent a technician out the same day. They did not charge a diagnostics fee and fixed the unit fast without trying to up-sell a new unit even though this unit is older. Great work TSC Air!

Don Kaczmarek was very professional. He spent alot of time explaining the system and answering all my questions and concerns. No pressure on making my choice. The install was effortless and his team were just as professional and informative as Don was. I would definitely recommend TSC-AIR for all your cooling and heating needs.

I referred this company to my place of employment to install two new AC units. Before they did so I explained the issues we were having and told them that two licensed contractors told me what needed to be done. They disagreed and decided to just move the thermostat. The problem still exists today. When I called them when we had no AC in our office they said that they would be out the next day then they put me off for four days more days. I called someone else and it was fixed within an hour.

He did a great job but he was very disceptive with his pricing. He did an extra nearly $300 worth of service without telling me that these services were extra. When he told me how much I owed at the end I was shocked and explained to him that I thought these services were included in the original service and he said: "that's not normally included. I'm sorry you didn't know that." That was extremely condescending since it is his responsibility to make sure his clients know these things before doing the service! I will not be using his services again.

Mike was on time, professional and friendly. He did a very thorough job of checking out my AC and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend TSC air.
