I first contacted Schiller air when I bought my condo two years ago to have an inspection done which they did a fantastic job. They added refrigerant, told me it was cooling fine, and had been running fine for a good solid two years. Recently I was notified by my Nest app that my cooling had slowed down and was concerned that the unit had finally given up the ghost, but the professionals at Schiller air came out promptly identified the problem, said we just needed to add more refrigerant and monitor every year and you were good to go. Wonderful customer service quick to respond, texted me a picture of the tech that was coming, amazing! So great to see companies that still have exceptional customer service in today’s world. I would highly recommend Schiller air for anybody out there getting AC repair. They were wonderful.

Their technicians Tony & Brandon are very professional and knowledgeable. We had our capacitor go out and they came out quickly and fixed the issue. We are up and running and are very pleased with the service.

Called when business opened at 8AM on a day predicted to be 114 degrees. Tech Tony arrived before noon and had the unit cooling the house within an hour. Freon was low due to a tiny leak we will address after summer. Only $99 for the service call; the remainder was for the freon. Competitive pricing, great service and competent, pleasant techs: I always use Schiller for my HVAC service needs.

Schiller will be our go to AC and heating company. We tried a well known local company who happened to be a disaster and never showed up. Schiller on the other hand was awesome super easy to set an appointment, showed up on time (early actually), tech was super cool and knew what he was talking about and price was reasonably. What else can you hope for? If you’re looking for A/C or heating in Phoenix don’t waste your time looking around. Schiller is the best.

Schiller recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our attached casita. Did a wonderful job and at a reasonable price. They are always prompt and very professional in their work. We also had them out to do maintenance on our dual zone, air conditioning and air handlers. They identified some problems and repaired them. They also advised us to contact Trane and inquire about the warranty on one of our units that is having some major issues. They always go the extra mile to advise us and help us keep our units in top shape. Excellent company!!

We have used Schiller Heating and Cooling for years . They are very professional and are quick to come out when we have a problem with our air conditioning . Their prices are very reasonable and they usually make recommendations to first try something that may work instead of replacing the whole AC unit ! This company is the best ! I always speak with Marissa and Brandon is usually our service technician - both are wonderful !
