When my upstairs AC went out again, I was worried about finding a company that I could trust. Since moving to Phoenix a few years ago, we've had to have someone come out every summer to fix our AC. They'd quickly diagnose and 'fix' whatever they thought to be the issue and then charge me an arm and a leg for their band-aid fix that wouldn't last long. Then they'd tell me that I needed to buy new AC units, even though my current ones aren't very old. I never found a company that I trusted until now. An acquaintance recommended Schiller, and I'm so glad I called them! Brandon took the time to get to the root of the problem, even though It was complicated and took up a lot of his time. He was friendly, relatable, and I liked that he explained what he was doing. He really went above and beyond with his customer service. Unlike literally every other company I had hired to do AC repairs in the past, rather than applying a band-aid fix and then suggesting I buy new units from their company, Brandon found and fixed the problem, and then told me the current AC units I have should last 5-10 more years. He even gave me tips on how to get the most out of them. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was charged - for once, it was lower than I expected and actually felt reasonable! My AC is running great now instead of limping along through the summer, and I've found a great company that I'd recommend to everyone and anyone. If you're looking for a reasonably priced company that you can trust, this is it!

Our AC unit was working. Not great, but it was working until the service guy came out, after almost an hour on the roof. He came down to tell us the unit had a leak. He told us while he was looking for the leak he made it worse and had to shut the unit down. Then proceeded to tell us it would cost $3000 to fix it. But the part needed was out of stock. He gave us and estimate on a new one. But none where available for 2 to 3 weeks. He then proceeded to charge us $89 for making our AC unit unusable. And leaving us with no AC. We called another company and within 4 hours we were set up to have a new unit installed the next day. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to them by my realtor, who has lived in the area a long time. I should have began this process by contacting her, but I didn’t until I had already received one estimate from another company who quoted us $6800 in repairs. Jason was quick to come out and take a look, and he actually showed up within the time frame promised. He was able to fix the issues on 2 of our units for $362. Hour heat was working within 30 minutes of him arriving. I will be calling them again if we have any issues in the future.

We just bought a house in Phoenix and needed an AC guy. Our real estate agents recommended Schiller. Schiller sent Jason White who called to let me know what time he would arrive, he was on time, courteous and professional. I don't know much about AC stuff but jason explained to me what he was doing, and he took time to listen to me about the main issue in the house (no AC flow in the master bedroom) and he checked the air flow and the vents and found a solution that makes the master bedroom cool now. Jason showed me where the AC drains water, and how the dual system works in our house. It was a great checkup and I will use Schiller's services again and ask for Jason when we need our next AC/Heat maintenance visit!!!

We purchased a new AC/Heating unit from Schiller Heating and Cooling.
Beginning with our initial contact with Marissa, the Office Manager, to Brandon, who sold us the unit and who also led the installation, to the entire installation team, they all did an exceptional job.Even the owner, worked with the team for several hours.
When the finished, they thoroughly explained how to use the system and did a great job cleaning up.
I highly recommend Schiller Heating and Cooling an outstanding family run business.
