Update, I have been using Schiller since my last post, they remain punctual courteous and stand behind their work 100%. Tony arrived and had my A/C back up and running within 2-hours on a 103’ Sunday, highly recommend. Jason, came out to vacuum and do final hook up on my mini-split unit. He was very professional and thorough. He made sure things were operating efficiently. This company has earne my trust and I highly recommend them. Very good value and pricing for such top notch service!!! 👍🏻

Got the new ac installed right before summer. Super clean. Didn't leave any mess behind. The whole experience was less stressful than I was expecting.

Air conditioner was having issues, a major leak. Two major companies came out, found the issue, and quoted $9000 and $13000. Schiller came out, found the leak, and put a filler solution in it. $250 plus another round the following year. The following year cost me $150. Hasn't been a problem since and that was 4 years ago.

Today I thought I had a new problem this year with the drip pan. They came out same day. Turned out not to be the drip pan, everything was fine with the AC, so he climbed back up to get a video of the water line that was dripping. They charged me $90 for a diagnostic and that was it. Climbed into my attic in August twice for $90 to find my plumbing issue.

Came early after calling to see if it was OK. Personable young man did a good job.

I have had consistent positive experience with Schiller Heating and Cooling. Would highly recommend.
