Our service tech Jarrod was prompt, efficient and professional. He informed us of the problem and what he did to correct it. We are pleased with the service.

Jarrod came out and was very helpful. Turns out my vents were simply closed but needed to be opened in an unconventional way which is why I didn’t catch the issue in the first place. He also helped me find my air filter which was in an unusual place and didn’t make me feel dumb or silly at all!

FACT HVAC installed two heat pump units at my home. I selected them after a lengthy search that included all the most recognized names in the valley. I was most impressed with Andrew's knowledge and service. He was also part of the installation crew, although I believe he has advanced to management today. His pricing was very attractive and his product recommendations were exactly what I needed. I enthusiastically recommend.

FACT HVAC was great. On time, reasonable prices, professional. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to work with them for HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Update: we had a fan motor die on a 15 year old model. FACT HVAC responded promptly, fixed our unit expertly and Jarod was very friendly. This company is a joy to work with.

I used FACT for my newest AC unit replacement at the end of April. They came out two days after my initial phone call, replaced my on-roof unit, everything included, crane fees included, no extra fees or adds. Their rates are as great, their team was even better. Install was a breeze, had cold air on-tap hours later. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to repair, maintain or replace their current AC.

We have 2-10 Home Warranty and twice a year we get our A/C and furnace service (well, once for the A/C and once for the furnace). FACT has come out to our home before. So we are repeat customers.

No issues. Just routine maintenance to prepare for the use of our A/C for the summer. Our unit was good, although very old at about 20-21 years old. It was a little low on freon, so Mike filled it up, about 1-1.5 lbs.

It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with them. In fact, I had only been off the phone with my home warranty to get the work order when they called with a couple minutes of that. That's quick because some service contracts take the full 24-48 hrs to call.

I was able to get an appointment really quickly, maybe 2-3 hrs from the call. And Mike was on time with the beginning of the service window. He dealt more with my husband and teenage son as they were more available than me. But they were good with him. Not sure how long Mike was here, but probably close to an hour, maybe a little less.

We paid our normal $60 service that our home warranty requires to the contractor.

The team that did the install were great at answering my questions and the unit and workmanship are top notch. I am in the process of getting them to install another unit in my home.

FACT HVAC responded right away when our AC went out mid-July. Olivia in the front office was super sweet and got us in quickly, then another front office worker, Joy, bumped up our appointment when there was a cancellation. The tech that came out, Andrew, was knowledgeable and efficient; he had our AC back on within half an hour and patiently explained the issue. I highly recommend this company.
