Excellent in every way. Our first appointment was delayed because of a staff shortage due to sickness. We were informed a couple of days in advance via text and email. No typical last minute "Sorry we can't make it" while you are waiting for a technician. A new appointment was set up for a day later than the original. Confirmed via text and email. Got another confirmation the day before the appointment. The technician showed up on time. Was quick and efficient. (It was a minor internal wiring problem). In and out in 20 minutes. Although covered under warranty, a few minutes later I received an invoice via email which described the problem and repair.

Andrew and his team are highly qualified and very professional. They always go above and beyond to get the job done. FACT HVAC has done 2 repairs on our system as well as our heating and cooling checkups , and we are very pleased with their quality of work. Their techs, Mario and Mike, were great to work with, and Joy , who works in the office, is fantastic at follow through and getting repairs scheduled.
On May 26, 2021 my air conditioning unit stopped working, I contacted my home warranty company Fidelity warranty and they sent out Fact HVAC Company. Trista the Fact dispatcher was able to get a technician out right away. The temperature in Scottsdale Arizona was already in the 90s and going up every day. After going through the normal attempt to repair my air conditioning unit we realized this was a bigger problem. I am so grateful for Fact HVAC, it takes a qualified competent company to work with a home owners warranty company. Fidelity warranty was a nightmare but luckily fact stayed the course and followed through with their reports. Fact worked with my tenant on the scheduling times. And was always on time. Finally after getting approval from Fidelity home warranty they installed a new compressor and drain pan!! Their work is excellent and I now have a working air conditioner! Fact HVAC is the best. I had three estimates for the replacement and Andrew was the only one that really explained it all (didn't "talk down" to me) and had a great price and warranty. We had a problem with the new system within 2 months, and when I called, they jumped on it. Out the next day (and it was a Sunday) and replaced some faulty parts (manufacturer's problem not theirs). No problems since and I am very satisfied. Good to know that they keep their promises on warranty, and executed in a timely manner!
Was assigned this company through First American Home Warranty, AC went out on Saturday, they called this morning and stated in the middle of a heatwave that "the soonest they could get out was Friday." Not acceptable when it is 117 degrees outside. Called them back as a "regular customer" not mentioning a home warranty company and amazingly they could come out the next morning. Wow, what fast service when not using a home warranty. So my question is why are you treating your home warranty customers like this? And have you noticed, he only responds to "positive reviews"?
We used FACT HVAC on July 30th for a routine preventative maintenance check. A tech came out and said things looked fine, my husband said he was not very detailed, but because our unit was working fine we didn’t think anything of it. Fast forward to yesterday-3 weeks later and our downstairs of our house is not cooling. We called and they got someone out that night-which was appreciated and we paid the $120 emergency service charge. Mike the tech was great, very detailed and helpful. Said our unit which holds 7.5 lbs of freon was 2 lbs low and that it was missing caps on the unit (previous tech said nothing about or didn’t replace the caps). He could not tell us what the freon levels were at from 3 weeks ago because the tech did not put them in the report. We paid him $260 for the emergency charge and Freon after just paying $60 for “preventative maintenance”
We called this morning to speak to both Jayden a manager and Andrew the owner. The owner continually told us that a leak could happen at any time and it was no fault of their own. We repeatedly asked for what the Freon levels were 3 weeks ago because if there had been a leak when we paid for a maintenance call we clearly would’ve addressed it then to avoid any emergency calls on a Sunday in a hot house with a 2 year old. He told us they don’t check those if the unit is operating fine (so why would anyone pay for those maintenance visits then?) and the unit was deemed operational 3 weeks ago and could not provide us with those levels.
I felt as if it was very poor customer service on their part and asked for the $60 back from the maintenance trip 3 weeks ago. The owner continued to say a leak can happen at any time and it was not because they weren’t detailed enough. Even told me to refer to their X amount of 5 star reviews.....I ended up calling him a jerk and said I would dispute the charges with my credit card and not recommend his company. The phone call ended with him saying he would refund the $60 visit and not do business with us again.
I will end up taking that $60 refund and using it to hire another company this week to assess why my unit is leaking Freon. I advise you to look elsewhere. It is not worth your time, energy, or money.
Just had a new unit installed on my roof. Every step of dealing with FACT HVAC was great. All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The crew had the whole job done under 3 hours. 11/10 would recommend.
