FACT HVAC

Through my home warranty FACT HVAC came out to fix my HVAC after it wasn't running cold. The repairs took awhile to do but eventually it was completed.

About 7 weeks later I noticed an issue with the AC not cooling as well as it should. I had a technician come out from another company and what I learned was that when fixing the leak and replacing the coolant there was moisture left in the system because FACT HVAC didn't fully vacuum out the system before putting in new coolant. I went through my warranty and FACT HVAC came out again. After I explained the issue the technician was able to get the system running as well as it should have been the first time they came out. My system is running great now and using a lot less electricity as well. Despite them coming out to fix the issue their technician created when they originally fixed the leak FACT HVAC wanted me to pay them a service fee again. They said one, I waited too long and two, it wasn't related to the original issue. When I told them I wouldn't pay them a fee for fixing their original error they threatened to send me to collections.

If you work with them make sure you check all their work and immediately call if you notice even the smallest issue because they will not stand by there work and will blame you for not acting fast enough or not knowing if your system isn't running as optimally as it should after they make a repair. They hide behind their policies instead of taking care of their customers.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Polite. They took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again.

Spectacular with Kyle and assoc, service returned twice and even worked into the Christmas holidays due to cold air and Christmas spirit in the air! This is a very high quality AC heating vendor employed by the warranty company.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and communicated accurately. Today's service price was very reasonable. This company installed two units at my home in 2017 and they have performed perfectly since. Highly recommended.

The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an examination then came inside and spoke with me while he checked the thermostat and the filter. He went back and continued repairing the system.
He explained his findings and what he did to resolve my issue. I was impressed with his knowledge and I was comfortable in the fact that he did a good job. Highly commendable and highly professional work from start to finish.

We were referred to Fact HVAC from our warranty company. We were having an issue with our air conditioner not cooling. As soon as the claim was sent to them, they responded right away. We had someone come over to the house within a couple of days and we told we needed an entire new unit (which we knew!) once the problem was diagnosed, we were in constant contact with someone at all times. I personally worked with Andrew and he was awesome! He was always available whenever I called. We had the air replaced today and we worked with Richard and Edgar. They were knowledgeable and both fantastic to work with! Our air conditioner was from 1997 so it was not an easy job to do. They both worked incredibly hard and gave my husband all of the information he needed to know. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing air replacement or to anyone who is having an issue with their air or heat! They were great to work with!

Arrived on time, found a problem and quickly handled it even through our home warranty company which often is difficult to get in touch with. Thank you for excellent service. Truthfully, I am so tired of the poor quality service here in AZ from house repairs, appliance repairs and even vet services that your company was a breath of fresh air and honesty.

Very very impressed with this company! Amazing service by Kris! We were referred to them by our home warranty company. These guys will be on my go to list in Arizona for all my HVAC services. I have used multiple companies for many years but finally found an honest gem. Love the quality and the dedication they showed to fix my old AC. We have been without an AC for over a month and were getting a runaround by so many companies in the valley that just never showed up even after getting an appointment through the warranty company or they didn’t know how to fix after checking out our AC, it is kind of an older AC original to the house 2001. But Kris knew exactly what he was doing and within a week we are up and running and finally have a perfect working AC after he put in the new parts. My kids couldn’t be happier to have the AC back. Living in Arizona, it’s impossible to live in the house without an AC. Thank you so much again, you have a lifelong customer.
