Here's the story. My mom and dad called me late on a Tuesday and said their AC wasn't working and this was right after my mother came home from the hospital. It was close to 5PM. I called FACT HVAC and they said we will be right over after the technician finished his final call of the day. Which now my parents were his final call. They went above and beyond to get to my parents AC up and running. Love this company and their ownership, staff and technicians. Thank you
I will definitely call them for our regular service from now on. When we had a home warranty claim for our A/C unit they assigned Fact HVAC. They were quick to get our appointment scheduled. The tech, Ruben, was prompt, on time, communicated well with us. He thoroughly went through our issue and diagnosed the problem. Then he didn't just do the "quick fix" he fixed it so that we should never have that issue again. He then went the extra extra mile and completely vacuumed out the condensation pans under both of my units in the attic to make sure the blown in insulation didn't clog the drains. I am very impressed by this company.
I have been using Fact HVAC for about a year and am very happy with the company. it's very easy to schedule service, the techs are always on time and the work is always quality. I don't feel pressured to do anything that doesn't need to be done and the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend Fact for all heating and ac needs.
They installed a minisplit for our home. They were responsive and provided solid recommendations on models. The install was great as they treat our like it was their own. I recommend FACT HVAC
I never write bad reviews. It's just not something i enjoy doing, nor do i have the time, nor do I like negative energy. But I think in this circumstance, maybe it will help FACT HVAC get better, or perhaps prevent someone else from having the same difficulty. I bought AC units for 2 houses from FACT HVAC over the summer.
First house: They installed the AC unit on Aug 7 and 2 weeks later my ceiling drywall was saturated with water because it was not properly installed. It took a couple of months to get the drywall and paint repaired. It was a hassle just coordinating with the repair guys and I had a very unhappy tenant. FACT HVAC did not even properly fix the AC until Nov 11th. I had given up on contacting them and then they just called me out of the blue and said they were sending someone over to do the final repair. So it only took them 3 months to straighten it out!
Second House: They show up for the job and realized they had a 4 ton unit instead of a 5 ton unit. The guy admitted that he made a mistake. (nice of him). Fortunately they were able to find another unit by the end of the day because they had already disassembled my existing unit. Here's the main point. A couple of months after installing the unit, I go to change out the air filter and they didn't put one in!! So now my coils are probable filthy in my brand new unit!! They can't resolve it because they no longer answer my calls or return my voice messages. I guess they have my number memorized :-)
Last point: They were supposed to send me warranty paper work for both units. Despite numerous reminders over the phone and in writing over the course of 3 months, they will not send me warranty information. Not sure what I'll do to get this info. Maybe I'll contact local product distributor or the manufacturers. Not something I should have to hassle with after dropping $14k with FACT HVAC. Well there it is. My first bad review. Glad I got that off my chest
I was scheduled ASAP which is great since the AC is essential in AZ. Josh showed up early and did a thorough job. My warranty company assigned Fact HVAC to my service request but I’d call them for service if needed. Great job.
Tech was unprepared, unknowledgable, unwilling to do job required. Did not even bring needed equipment. Even after I thoroughly explained situation, still claimed to not have enough info. And even commented about his guess of my finances which was completely out of line. Very unhappy with this company. Then said his report would indicate "unsafe". Very unhappy with "service ".
My Home Warranty company dispatched FACT HVAC @FACTHVAC to fix a leaking AC system last Friday. The tech claimed the part that would fix the leak was not covered and I had to pay it out of pocket, which I did. On Saturday (my Birthday, by the way) it was still leaking, and they sent someone else. We had to cancel a day trip to deal with this instead. Still leaking on Sunday. On Monday someone else was sent and now I have a cracked coil pan, STILL leaking and causing water damage inside my house during a heat wave and pandemic. My Home Warranty company has not received a report from FACT to even approve the repair, which they have told us they will approve, so we are being held hostage and paid for parts we did not even need to fix the problem. My husband lost his job due to COVID, so we could really have used that money. Our calls to follow up get no real help. We've been told a Manager would contact us but no calls have been received.

The message you included was: Nothing worse than your air going out in August heat! Same day service done right. JB , a very nice and knowledgeable young man, got our A/C working within 1 hour. We're grateful.
Our experience with Fact HVAC was amazing. These are probably the most professional people we've ever dealt with through 2-10. Great communicators arrived on time had the necessary parts with them repaired quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them!
