We had a great experience with FACT HVAC! They were great at communicating with us regarding our appointment and the expected arrival of their technician, Tim. When Tim arrived he listened to our concerns, provided some feedback and then got to work on diagnosing and repairing the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use FACT again should we have a future need for a/c services.

It was the worse experience I've ever had. My home warranty company chose this business to come out to inspect my A/C unit. The initial point of contact was on 4/12/2022. They scheduled to come out on 4/18/2022. I was surprised they didn't take an AC issue in AZ to be a priority. They sent a tech by the name of Jarrod Scott. He diagnosed the issue to be faulty wiring in the unit and stated it was fixed. I paid $75.00. The tech left and I left my house shortly after, feeling confident he had fixed the issue. I came home within an hour to find the A/C unit running with no air blowing out of the vents. I called the company back, left a VM, and didn't hear back from anyone. The following morning I called and reached their VM. I left a message and no one reached out to me...again. I then figured out that if anyone chooses the option to schedule an appointment, you will definitely reach someone otherwise, no one calls you back. The receptionist answered and told me she would schedule Jarrod to re-inspect the unit. She scheduled him 3 days later. Jarrod came out on a Friday morning unannounced. He didn't call me to let me know he was on his way, nor did he knock on my door to let me know if it was ok to climb on my rooftop?? I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. When he was done, he told me he had to order a part and would return at the latest the following Monday. I didn't hear back from Jarrod or the office until I called them 4 days later. When I spoke to the receptionist she displayed facetious and rude behavior which I didn't appreciate. She then proceeded to inform me that the earliest appointment I could have was 2-3 weeks out and to take it or leave it because that was all they had open, and those slots would soon be taken. I became upset with the receptionist and felt I had no choice but to schedule and hung up on her. Due to their lack of customer service and inappropriate behavior by anyone I came in contact with, I called them back and canceled the appointment. I made contact with my warranty company and filed a complaint against this business. I called another AC company that came out to my house on that same day and diagnosed the issue right away. They found that I needed a new motor and couldn't understand why the tech from FACT HVAC told me it was faulty wiring. My initial contact with FACT HVAC was on April 12, 2022, and the appointment to replace faulty wiring? was scheduled for May 13, 2022. Unbelievable! Consumer Beware! This company sent a tech who didn't know what he was doing and they (FACT/HVAC) didn't even think to reimburse me for work never performed. I shouldn't have to pay for poor performance and lack of experience.

Very professional company. Set up a service call within 24 hours. Called before their on time arrival. The tech, Johnny K, was knowledgeable and friendly. Even waited for me when I ran late. Highly recommend.

I requested service via home warranty, and FACT HVAC fit me in a few hours later! Technician arrived at 6pm & did a thorough inspection, up on the roof, in the dark. Nothing was broken, so I was afraid I’d wasted money on a service call, but this dude had so much expertise & advice to share that I now totally feel better about our old AC unit & happy about our decision to continue our home warranty contract.

Let me start by saying that Kris did an excellent job. He listened to the background of the issue we’ve been having with our AC. Once he checked everything, he suggested a course of action which made perfect sense. He was prompt and once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciate his support and hopefully we can work with him moving forward to fix the issue once and for all.

1 year ago they got my family and I a great deal on a new unit for our house. Craned onto house with new metal saddle and all new electrical. Even installed a new full house clean air system. With a new thermostat and all. 1 year later and got its service done and it's running perfect and our electric bill is lower then its ever been, our house is the most comfortable too. Plus with the full house clean air system we all breathe better now too when in the house and the dust that in Arizona is not the same in our house like years past.

Jonathan from FACT HVAC came early and diagnosed the issue with the furnace clearly. He figured what was broken, replaced it, and fixed the furnace. Now the furnace is back to heating the home for the cold winter months. I plan to use FACT HVAC for any future HVAC issues.

AC stopped cooling on a 104 degree day so I called Andrew which answered on first call and said he would get someone out asap. 30 min later Terry calls me and says he will be out soon to look at it. He showed up when he said and fixed the issue and was very kind and explained everything. Thank you for you timely service, our family thanks you!
