Johnny the technician was friendly profession and very thorough in his explanation of what he did and what minor little thing that needed clean. I have been extremely pleased with Fact HVAC. I bought my new unit from them in September of 2021 so this was just a yearly maintenance check up.

My home warranty used them. They were slow to reply, slow to get things moving. It’s a 110 degrees out with no A/C. I have a hard time with businesses that work for insurance companies and not customers.
After 3 weeks I had to bail on this company and the home warranty company and pay for the repairs out of my pocket or burn up in my not so comfy condo!
Maybe that’s what the ultimate goals is here, to delay and ave the home owner pay out of pocket?
Hope you got you kick back. I will say they may be a fine company outside of being under contract with the home warranty company, that’s usually the case but hey… anything for a buck, right?

Started with the worst experience ever. Not my first time dealing with AC repair in Phoenix summer month as well as home warranty claim process. We knew we likely would have to deal with the home warranty company's tactical delay in the dispatching and authorization process, but we did not imagine we would start with the huge bottleneck from the AC repair company. It took them three days to come out and now told me 24-48 hours to even have the authorization request submitted for a compressor replacement, before the long wait even started on home warranty side (home warranty dispatched the contractor right away on the other hand), while seeing 115 degree weather approaching. The customer service line lady was all nonsense all the time, talking about how many requests in line and how their process works. I tried other contractors not through home warranty and they all can come out right away. That was also my experience with the previous home warranty assigned contractors. At least the repair company was not the bottleneck. I seriously think this company aligns with home warranty company's tactics and very unethical. The tone of the customer service line lady is so irritating. I really hope this was not the company I had to deal with ....

I want to start off by saying that Richard and Tim did a awesome job!! in my install I'm really happy on the work they did I'm going to recommend this company to other people also want to give a big thank you to Andrew he helped me out with Finance process super easy and especially with the credit I had I still got approve awesome company.. again I'm really really really happy what everything they did!!!!!

A gentleman named Jarrod Scott with FACT HVAC came to service my ac unit was able to quickly identify the problem that an other company was not. He then took the time to explain the issue and helped me understand what to do in the future. I went more than a week without ac. Thank you.
