Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating Phoenix

Our A/C went out last night so we promptly started calling different companies and Alaskan was the only company who went above and beyond for us. I spoke with Dennis and he genuinely cared about our situation and sent a certified tech out to us immediately. Our tech, James, was here within the hour and fixed our A/C in about 10 minutes! Thank you James and Dennis for helping us, you have made lifelong customers!!

This company will take advantage of you when you find yourself in a vulnerable situation, that is, when your AC goes out in the summer. The tech came in, did a diagnostic for about 15 minutes and sold me a hard start capacitor for $974. I later found out that the capacitor should not have cost more than $150, so essentially, I was charged over $800 for labor for only 15 minutes to replace the capacitor. I so feel taken advantage of that 2 years later, I had to look them up to come and write this review, for the pain which has still not left my heart.

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable friendly & went above & beyond to insure the system is functioning properly. Recommend services to help the system to last for many more years. Appreciate his work ethics.

We had two other appointments and got tired of waiting. We could not even get either of them to confirm a time. Everyone says they are 24 hours however we called on Friday and still we were waiting at 215 Sunday afternoon. Called one of our scheduled appointments to see if we could get an ETA and they could not confirm a time or even the day that was scheduled. We then called Alaskan AC & Heating and are we grateful we did. They gave us a window of 3 hours from 3-6. Right after the call we received a text with the confirmation and about 10 mins later an intro to our tech Nick. At 2:59 another text Nick was on his way. Nick was professional and swift. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and took care of it flawlessly. Thank you Nick and Alaskan for you prompt and professional service. You're the only one in our contacts!!!

Appreciate appointment reminder text day before and notification call from tech advising of ontime arrival. Service tech Freddie Benally and trainee Robert were warm, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and
receptive to questions.
Photos of various parts of the system were clearly helpful as basis for discussing and prioritizing the scheduling of additional recommended services.
Freddie is a valuable,customer service oriented team member.
His knowledge and self confidence make him the ideal choice for
'teaching/mentoring' new technicians and answering customer questions!

My technician was Tavian Anderson. He was very professional. Explained everything he did and what he found that may need attention in the future. Was very polite and courteous. We are very happy with Alaskan Air Conditioning company!

Alaskan AC did it again! Anthony was fantastic! He was on time, professional, and he was such a nice guy and respectful of our property and time. Just had them come out for some preventative maintenance because we had some big monsoon storms the last few weeks, and it was about time we made sure the whole unit was running efficiently. They are always upfront and honest about any issues they find and don't try to sugar coat anything. That's what I can always appreciate about Alaskan AC. Thank you!
