Awesome service and technician!! Came right in and had it running in no time at all!! Very impressed with company and employee

-The tech showed up on time and knew what he was talking about. 5 stars there.
-Pricing is above average compared to other places. The trip charge and the diagnostics fee is 3-5 times higher, some places don’t have the trip charge at all and the diagnostics fee is much cheaper. If you decide to have them do the work they waive these charges but they sure charge more for the labor than others. Can’t win, even though you are made feel that they are doing you a favor. Sorry, 1 star there.
-Management response: poor. The bill that I got is very vague, does not list how many pounds of Freon was actually added. So I reached out to the company three times over the course of 5 days to see if I could get an itemized bill. I was told a manager would call me - Never happened. Nobody at the office could answer my question and nobody had access to the services pricing list. I guess one will be charged the same $$$ regardless of how many pounds of Freon were added. Sorry, makes no sense, 1 star there.
Overall score: 2 stars.
One can get the exact same service for less with other providers. I am not recommending this company and won’t be using them again.

Jeremy was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and we will be using them from now on!

The original install was ok, while loading the old ac into the truck it slid loose and ding our new unit but nothing more than cosmetic damage. All technicians were respectful and professional. We found during a selling inspection that the drain line they installed was to a vent and not properly installed so I contacted their customer service center. Again everyone was professional but they charged me $129 to fix their initial mistake. I don’t know that another service would or wouldn’t have done the same but I just thought that was a small cost for them to correct considering their company size.

Earl was very friendly and knowledgeable. Told me about some of the services they offer that I may want to look into. He has been our Alaskan rep many times and it’s always a pleasure to work with him.

Great thorough service from beginning to end. Tavian was professional and very informative. This is my second service from Alaskan AC and will continue to use them in the future.

Tavian Anderson did a complete job and answered my questions. He was right on time for 1 st Maintenence on my plan. He also drained my hot water heater. I would be happy to have him here for another service call as a technician from Alaskan.

Freddie was our technician. He was very kind and professional. We have two dogs and he was very good with them. He was very good at explaining how our system worked and what it needed. He had a great attitude the whole time. It was a pleasant experience.

Not only were out installers professional, they were on time! Dylan and Sam were very thorough, made sure our new A/C unit was up and running properly, cleaned up all of the mess (there wasn't much) and did it all in a timely matter!
After a few days of it running David came out and performed a quality check on the whole install.
Everything was perfect! We will definitely recommend Alaskan A/C to everyone we know.

You know the old saying...he touched it and broke it.....well Nick touched it and it magically fixed it! Very personable and would recommend for sure...also love the commercials!
