Tech was on time and texted ahead of time too. He did a very thorough inspection of my entire a/c system (including pictures). Afterward, he sat down with me to go over all his findings and any recommendations.

Michael was very professional, he took pictures of things he checked on the roof and told me things were working the way they need to.
We will definitely keep Alaskan in mind for our next service.

Alaskan Air was very quick to come out, but unfortunately misdiagnosed the problem. Stated it was a faulty transformer when it was an issue of wiring to the compressor. After paying $129 for service call, they quoted us upwards of $500 for new transformer. We got a second opinion and got it repaired for $200. Just sad to say goodbye to the $129 for the unproductive visit.

Earl and his coworker were great. On time (actually early with a call asking if this was OK), Friendly, and Professional. Completed full evaluation of AC and heating system with pictures and details. Provided excellent technical discussion on systems and options. My system is 24 years old so I know if will fail soon. Earl provided options on what to do but no pressure to make a quick decision. He took a very practical approach and I know I will reach out to Alaskan Air when I'm ready for a new system.

I got my Alaskan AC checked up and serviced by gentleman named Freddie very very thorough.

Abraham H and Junior and the rest of the Alaskan Air was very professional and courteous upon meeting them on the job. I would definitely be using them again.

I was glad that I was kept informed about arrival time for my appointment window. JJ Chacon was polite and thorough. He went over every aspect of his inspection including recommendations, photos/videos and pricing. He also set up a future consult as our unit is older.

AC had been running erratically for some time but worked normally during the regular System Maintenance. 10 days later AC acted so erratic we called and a tech came out in less than an hour and determined the issue was with the thermostat, which he replaced. Since Alaskan installed the Bosch AC system originally and we are still on the service plan the only charge was for the service call, the thermostat itself was free of charge.
