Nick was great! He called because he was early, asking if coming early was OK with us. He was honest, didn't try to charge for an ac issue that was resolved before he got there......so honesty and trust is the big one for me! When I do need Alaskan Air for future issues (which we all hope we don't have, but it will be inevitable) we WILL call Alaskan Air! Trust and honesty are the most important characteristics most consumers look for these days, and I truly believe we found that company! Thank you!

Tyler was very through with everything and told us the options about what to do. Showed us pictures and told us we have mold on our evaporator coil. We got to get that cleaned and recommends that they come out and do a thorough cleaning. He did great.

We actually had two different appointments at two different addresses two days apart.
Our service tech for both locations was Matthew Moyer.
Matt did a superb job inspecting and evaluating our heating/cooling systems at both houses.
Afterwards he went over each item in the report with detailed information as well as suggestions for future consideration, especially concerning our older 2003 Coleman heater/air exchanger in the smaller house.
We were impressed enough with the thoroughness of the visits that we subsequently made an appointment to get an estimate to replace the heater (2003) and AC (2006) in one of the houses.
Highly recommend.
10/10 will definitely use them again in the future.

From the assessment of my old air-con’s problems done by Jeremy to Earl helping me with my decision on which way to go in replacement to Anthony in measuring it and preparing for a new install, then Dylan/Levi installing and Anthony again in post check—-this is an amazing company! The service is phenomenal. Everyone that came out was super nice. The organization of the entire process will blow your socks off!

They did a great job checking out the AC units at my home. Very thorough.

I wish I would have known about them when I moved from Florida and bought this House.

Wow. What a great company. We got same day service when we called. Josh was the tech and he figured out the issue quickly and fixed it in the dark. Even had a great professional attitude during the entire time he was working late. If you're looking for great, quality work with a smile. This is the company.

J.T. did an incredible job including keeping us up-to-date on what he was doing and the step by step conditions of our equipment. Would highly recommend. Nick was great and explained all the repairs needed to my system, along with pictures. Even though my system is old he found the parts and installed the day after his 1st visit. Would definitely use again.
