This review is a long time coming, but important. In the Summer of 2013 we were having an issue with our A/C not blowing cold air, seemed the temperature never went below 85. We called a BIG NAME company to check it out and they told us within minutes our system was shot and we needed to replace the entire unit upwards to 7K. I thought that was Horse💩 and decided to get a second opinion. I contacted Alaskan by a flyer I received in my mail and decided to give them a try. Within 15 minutes of their service call he told me the unit was fine, but someone wired in the motor backwards. He fixed it right then, did not charge me for anything extra, and the temperatures started going down again, during the visit…and I keep it at 74-76 during the summer. The unit is still working fine. So, thank you Alaskan and to the unnamed Tech (he has a name, I just forgot, my bad) who came over. To me, this was definitely service over profitability. Should I need service again in our new home, I’ll call. Just hope they come out to Goodyear! This is a legit review…no hyperbole. Scouts honor!

The technician, Michael, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He reviewed the service for the day and what else the company can do.
He spent an hour and half cleaning the AC unit outside, checked temperatures and also checked the air handler in the attic.
Great service for a fair price.

The technician was very thorough about the work he will do on my unit. He took a lot of pictures of my unit and showed me what he was concerned about what could fail this summer. We spoke about what is a priority now and what I will need to watch for in the future.
They have made a new customer today. I would highly recommend them this summer. It will be a hot one for sure.

Michael P was professional and honest. Didn't try to upsell us and say we needed extras for our A/C. Far better than our experience with another company that said we had so many issues, that are not there. Showed me pictures and explained everything to me. He even went above and beyond by cleaning off my solar panels. I would definitely use Alaskan Air again. Thanks for being fair and honest.

Asked for an inspection for a house I’d like to move into and was given no problems until I asked for a written recommendation. When I asked for that William Fiegel was upset and complained that he didn’t like to do inspections because that requires him to do extra work. His extra work was just writing a paragraph on his professional opinion. He was disrespectful and rude with each and every attempt to communicate. I hope no one has to experience the way he talks to customers.

With that being said, the inspection service was really good! Maybe get rid of William Fiegel because he doesn’t want to do the job and keep the company going as strong as most of these reviews state.

I had my kitchen/backyard faucet replaced. Ed Godfrey is very professional and efficient. He got the job done. Top notch service from start to finish.

James charged $225 to replace a defective Thermostat and was here less than one hour. This is under warranty. James is a level 1 tech and not even authorized or trained to do this repair per the office. This replacement thermostat was also defective and another brand had to be installed next day.
Now we hear that they are no longer servicing our area, but we are still under contract.

Michael was pleasant and very thorough with his inspection of my AC units. He also did an excellent job in cleaning the old unit.
