Tech today was prompt and efficient, not able to fix the problem but was able to tell us it was electrical. I have asked both last summer and today to have the service done that guaranteed no problems for a year but have not been able to have that service or plan done.

The service men are so very knowledgeable and courteous. Always on time and make appointments at times that are convenient for you. I highly recommend this company for your heat/cooling needs.

The first time using this company overall was a great experience your staff on the phone was very pleasant knowledgeable and accurate however I really like to focus on Sammy Rivera our technician who came out and perform service on our units on site very knowledgeable prompt professional respectful Pleasant to be around answered all my questions and boy did I have plenty spoke highly of his upper management staff and his team members that he works with you guys are lucky to have an employee like Sammy and would love to have him back out for my next service

The serviceman was on time, provided a thorough maintenance on our AC unit and offer suggestions to keep our 14 year unit operating smoothly.

Very expensive compared to competition. There were multiple companies that advertise the same service for half the price. We continued to use the company because we had tenants in the building and did not want to wait for another company to come out.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had a guy come out this week to look at our heat because it's been not working all winter. He quoted us $6k to fix it but told us our AC was out too and that we should just replace the unit for $15-25k. We had another guy come out today for a second opinion. He fixed it in less than an hour for $300 and told us our unit hass been tempered with. All our frion had been leaked from the unit to make it seem like the AC was out too and it was Most likely by the guy from this company. DO not use them. They are scammers and will steal your money. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The fee to come out from the guy WHO DID fix it was also a fraction of what we paid to have them only come out to tamper with our unit.

Freddie was my technician today. He arrived on the scheduled time. Checked all my vents, cleaned and repaired my system. He explained everything that was done and the thing I really like is I'm shown pictures of the services performed. I highly recommend Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. They have friendly, professional employees.

Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave some helpful advice to help the system run better and last longer.

Great technician. Through inspection, cleaning and maintenance of my units. Showed me pictures and answered questions. Extremely timely and very professional.
