Freddie came out to check our furnace and ensure it was ready for the cold weather. He was on time and called me directly to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned up after himself. Freddie is a fabulous representative of the company! He did a complete review with pictures of his entire inspection. I would use Alaskan Air again.

We requested an Alaskafication to be sure our system was running effectively. Michael was our tech. Friendly, Profesional and efficient!!!

EDIT: Just after writing my original review, my A/C stopped working again (about an hour after the tech left). I called the office to let them know and also to request additional help since my problem was not resolved. They told me they were sorry about the situation and someone would reach back out asap.

Someone did not reach out until the following day around noon - over 12 hours later. I would have been annoyed but understanding if they told me they couldn't get another person out that night but stringing me along is deeply frustrating.

I cannot give them 5 stars. The agent and tech were both polite when we spoke but the overall experience was very disappointing.

I was able to have a technician come out within 2 hours of me calling. Jeremy was kind, professional, and walked me through each point of his inspection so I could understand exactly what he looked at and how.

The price was very reasonable, especially considering I received same-day service. I would definitely recommend Alaskan to anyone in Tempe who needs A/C help.

Sam came to my house for the winter maintenance. He was great with my dogs. He was friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you!

Jeremy N was very proactive and came well ahead of the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained very crisply what the main cause of the AC system not cooling. He immediately called to check if replacement part was in stock and very quickly procured it. He did the replacement fix flawlessly and then diligently took temperature readings afterwards to ensure that the issue was really fixed.

Tavian is awesome. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for as he worked inside the house. Once he was down from the roof checking on the unit, he showed pictures and explained what he saw. He then gave recommendations for what I needed to do to help the unit keep running in good shape.

I couldn’t have been happier. The technician JJ was prompt and very thorough. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and gave a quote for the repair. He spoke with confidence and helped me to understand what was going on. I would highly recommend Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating!
