Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating Phoenix

My tech James was honest and straight forward about what maintenance needed to be performed. Will be using again for any future HVAC needs.

Unfortunately we did not use Alaskan as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Earl was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time. They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Alaskan for our forever home.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident that I will not have issues with my system this summer.

I have used Alaskan Air for almost 5 years and they are always professional and very thorough. Today Freddie came to perform the semi-annual system checkup, he was on time, courteous and very respectful of my property. I will continue to use Alaskan AC.

After being disappointed time and time again by the company that originally installed my ac unit I was fed up. I had heard the cute polar bear commercials on the radio and decided to look up Alaskan Air. Their reviews were phenomenal so i gave them a try. They had a next day appointment available and their maintenance tune up is very comprehensive. Anthony M. came out and gave my system a thorough inspection. He was fantastic! Did a great job explaining every detail. He went through the entire report and recommended only one thing but he wasn't pushy, no hard sell. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I will continue to use Alaskan Air for all my plumbing and ac needs in the future and I would like Anthony at every visit please!

AA is always thorough, technicians are knowledgeable and prompt. I feel like they have my back, per se.

Matthew arrived before the scheduled appointment which was great for me and he was very professional, polite and showed me pictures of other items that could cause a problem not with my AC but with my roof and some very dirty ducts. I also appreciated Alaskan sending me a picture of Matthew before he arrived so I would know he was the person I was expecting and telling me a little bit about him .

Sam was very thorough with his job. He explained issues found and their resolution. Great company and technician. Thank you Sam.

Freddie was polite, personable and thorough. Javier assisted and was also helpful. Freddie patiently assisted me with the Greensky application. We will call them again.
