Plumbing emergencies happen 24/7 but not all plumbing companies that claim to be 24/7 truly are. These guys came out after 7 p.m from the other side of town and fixed a leaking pipe in the wall. They worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Super courteous and friendly. Absolutely recommend this company

Emergency Master Plumbing and Air came to our home three separate times in December and January to fix our home heating system. Unfortunately all three times it was only fixed for about a week to a week and a half before it went out again. It made no sense to us why they could not figure out how to fix it. We were charged $75 the first time they came out and $185 the third time they came out, yet it was the same thing they kept trying to fix. I spoke with Heather about our frustrations and she said the owner wanted to reimburse all of our money due to all of this. We did not ask for this but wanted to understand their reasoning behind the pricing. She said she would mail us a check and did not. We called multiple times and left voicemails but no return calls. We finally left a voicemail saying that if we did not receive the promised reimbursement check that we would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We received a text the next day that the reimbursement check had been left at our front door. We had another heating company come out and they were able to diagnose the problem right away. Take what you want from our experience with this company.

Why would I reach out to you when you did not answer all of my previous calls or return my voicemails? Also, at this point why would we allow you to come back to our home? You have shown your lack of integrity by not returning our calls/avoiding us and not keeping your word when you said you would mail us a check until we threatened to file a complaint with the BBB. I hope you learn from this experience and don’t treat customers this way going forward.

Very quick and helpful ; from the first person on the phone who patiently walked me through getting the water shut off to Nate who arrived within a short time to diagnose, get the part and repair. I really appreciate the prompt and professional assistance!

Thank goodness their business. I had called two prior companies 1 didn’t answer & the other didn’t have someone that could come until the next day. Not the case with Emergency Master Plumbing & Air, scheduled me to have Cory come on Sunday evening and solved my problem. Cory was wonderful and explained how these issues happen often. I had further questions on other things and Cory was knowledgeable and said how it would be helpful. Thank you for your services and availability on a Sunday.

Cory saved the day. My fridge was leaking water from the ice/water system near the condenser. I went to shut off the fridge line valve on the wall to further investigate but to my surprise the valve broke off and started spraying water everywhere. I shut the main water line to the house immediately and attempted removing the broken valve on the wall. After futile efforts and a nearly stripped nut I gave up and searched for emergency plumbers. I called a company who said they could get someone over the following week. Then I called Emergency Master Plumbing. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said a technician would contact me and be over in 2 hours. As suggested Cory contacted me, I gave him a brief description, and he showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional, efficient yet friendly and customer oriented. He cut a hole right above the fridge water line on the wall and was able to unscrew the nearly stripped, rock hard(due to calcification from the hard water we have in the area) valve/nut combo. He replaced the valve and put the line back together. I got my water back on with no leaks the same day. I am very happy with the prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service I received. Cory is highly competent and I can tell that he strives for excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what the issue called for. I know who I will call to get a water softener installed.

Very professional first company even willing to come way out to us. Very kind and explained everything done and showed pictures of completed work under the home. Cory was exactly what we needed, he got the job done in a timely manner so we could have our shower back. Thanks so much for the prompt professional service. Zack was amazing. He came out on Christmas Eve within 2 hours of us calling. We contacted 3 other plumbing companies who all told us they were closed for the Holidays and wouldn’t be able to come out for 3 days. Zack could not have been kinder or more professional. Would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Use the company three times. Amazing staff and the plumbers were SMEs. They came out again today for another repair and have them coming for a toilet replacement tomorrow. Highly recommend this company!!!!! Friendly, reliable professional, honest and very knowledgeable.
