Since my 1st call to Emergency Master Plumbing exceeded my expectations, I called to have them come out and install a new faucet in main bathroom.

Thomas arrived in the morning and quickly discovered that it was a more involved process and began cutting and removing the heavily calcified fixture.

He did a great job and I appreciate the great communication from Heather as she is very responsive to calls and texts.

Note: Emergency Master Plumbing is coming back for another project - install new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

They are a huge part in my kitchen/bath transformation!

Plumber was excellent. On call dispatcher very poor. Told us individual would be there in one hour at at 7.20 am. Told plumber 8am. Dispatcher very poor. It's like wow u called to early for me to be at my best. New dispatcher is needed

Had a leak on a bathroom valve The day before Thanksgiving. Called, Heather answered and was polite and professional. Told me someone could be out in the next two hours. Zach showed up 20 minutes later. Assessed my problem and took care of the problem. Thank you Zach for being so polite and understanding. Will for sure use this company again!

Hands Down Emergency Master Plumbing and Air is these BEST repair, home maintenance, plumbing, A/C company EVER called to my home!!! They came quickly, worked extremely hard, on a weekend in the heat, hauling equipment, up and down ladders, you name it. My particular issue was NOT an easy fix. These young men did not stop until they had the answer!! I cannot say the same for the big name companies who initially came out. I can honestly say, I've never been more impressed by a home service company in all of my long life and long years of home ownership. The young men who worked on my unit were extremely polite, consciousness, as well as neat and tidy. In other words my home was left in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company. I'm a very satisfied customer 😁😁

Zack Willis was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our specific situation. He was professional and was able to get our problem resolved quickly.

Zack came to my residence as promised, on time, professional and courteous. I showed him the leak which he said he could repair, however it would be around $595 and he would be happy to fix it. However he told me that it was actually an irrigation leak and that a landscaper could repair it for a fraction of the price. Zack said he would not charge me for even showing up at my home, looking at the leak and it’s source, and then referring me to a less expensive way to repair it. As a homeowner who has dealt with many repair people over the years, his transparency and generosity has certainly stood out and he and his company have won a customer over. Not only will I use them the next time I need a plumber but I will refer them to everyone else. Thank you Zack! Your integrity will take you and your company very far!

I called at 2pm and they responded by 5pm!
Zach was courteous, and honest in his opinion of the problem with the slow tub drain. If you need an honest, knowledgeable & reliable plumber, give them a call!

Cory came out due to toilets making noise. Checked external clean out and noticed standing water. Believed there is a belly in the sewer line and offered to come back and confirm with a camera. He then provided what sounded like a very honest estimate of the needed repair cost along with possible financing should the repair prove to be necessary.
