We had an emergency issue with a clogged sewer clean out. After one other company wasn’t able to come out same day I found and contacted Emergency Master Plumbing. They sent two technicians out who evaluated our problem and straighten it out in a very short time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Shower handle broke and water was pouring out with no way to stop it. Zack came out within the hour, immediately shut off the water, and assessed the issue. He replaced the piping behind the handle, and installed a new, and much better handle. He did such a good job, I had him do the exact same thing on our other shower that had the same nozzle, as it was waiting to break too any minute. Everything works perfectly, and the price was fair for both jobs. Would definitely use them again.

I had an after hours issue with a water leak, and they were able to come out very quickly to assess the situation. DaQuon identified the leak from the ice maker water line in the attic and was able to get it fixed. Their availability, response time, professionalism and good prices were all impressive and appreciated during a stressful situation.
