Just got home on a Sunday evening and we discovered some water leaking in an outdoor closet and we suspected the washing machine. We called many other plumbers and everyone was busy and had no techs.

Very stressed with seemingly no hope, we called Emergency Master Plumbing. Heather answered the phone swiftly and was very friendly. We were browsing around for other options trying to get quotes, but had no luck. Heather called us back to see how we were doing and if we still needed help. She was able to dispatch Mike G. to our home at 7pm and he arrived promptly, and was very poised and professional. He explained all of the options available to us and tried to take the most cost effective route possible while maintaining a job to be proud of.

This was my first experience with a plumber and I've heard many horror stories of plumbers not caring about their work and overcharging. Mike was NOT one of these stories! He was incredibly personable, and straight forward. As someone who has 10+ years in customer service Emergency Master Plumbing should be proud to have someone like Mike on their team.

Overall, excellent experience, and I'm really glad we decided to go with Emergency Master Plumbing instead of one of the big commercial guys. I don't think I'll be able to settle for another plumber after this experience! We'll definitely be using their services again!

When my water heater went out I called and spoke to Heather. She had great customer service and was able to get Austin to come and take a look at it within an hour. They were very professional, communicative, and the price was reasonable. My water heater was replaced within 24 hours of my initial call. I’m sure it could’ve been the same day, but Austin helped me get in touch with another company to fix the water damage the leak caused to my house. My husband and I are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues. This will be our go to company if any problems come up in the future.

The pipe repair was actually a re-pipe of my mobile home. . The job required only two days to complete. we were minimally inconvenienced by water shut off. Thomas was incredible! Hands down the best experience I have encountered with with a service professional. Their process was seamless, reasonably priced, and Thomas did excellent work. Would recommend them to anyone.

He is coming back out next week to install a tub faucet. He will be our call for any plumbing needs.

Ray was the first service man to come to our home. He was there to install a dishwasher for us. Four things went wrong with that visit.
First, a line valve to our refrigerator got opened accidentally by Ray during the installation. When the water was turned back on, it flooded our hardwood kitchen floor. Ray said nothing about this until my wife and I noticed and mopped up the mess.
Second, our faucet connections were leaking for the first time after the dishwasher was installed.
Third, when we confronted the situation, Ray got defensive and seemed agitated; he yelled at us about not being responsible for the faucet leaks.
Fourth, the dishwasher was never tested post installation.

My wife contacted the owner and he responded by sending Zach out to repair the faucet. Zach was a wonderful professional who advised us on the best path forward and installed our new faucet for free.
We are very pleased and will use this company again based on their excellent response and Zach’s excellent help. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! I was referred to this company through a private plumber. I needed their services done on an urgent matter and they were able to come out same-day. They were on time, their prices are VERY reasonable and they were professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them in the future!
