Emergency Master Plumbing & Air

Just had Justin and Ryan from emergency master plumbing out today and they were great. There response was prompt and they made sure i completely understand what was going on with my shower before explaining how it would be repaired. They repaired my shower at a reasonable price. Would definitely call them out for future repairs.

Awesome company who cares more about the customer’s need than making the extra money. Zack came out multiple times to make sure the work was done thoroughly and completely. Saved me in multiple ways and even gave good preventative recommendations of what to do in the future. 10/10 would recommend

Our water main from the meter to the house was leaking. They came out promptly for our emergency call, communicated with us on text as to what was happening. Sent us pic of the fix. Came back the next day to finish up and actually left the area looking better than they found it. They put back the dirt and rock we ourselves had dug up. The gal answering the phone and scheduling us was super friendly and helpful!

A FEMALE office worker keeps lying and saying she will email us a copy of the work order for our pool pipe repair they did. We have a right for this even though the hardscape company broke it and paid for it the az registrar of contractors says. She lied and said her email is down so Zack will hand deliver and he never did. She is in cahoots with the hardscape owner to keep us from getting record of the repair because the hardscape company does not want us to have record of his guy breaking our pool pipe They are "friends". She blocks our numbers and will not respond. Wonder why they wanna cover up a pipe break???

Justin came out on a Sunday night within an hour and fixed my mothers shower that would not shut off. He gave us a good price and walked us through everything he was doing to fix the problem. I also had a toilet backing up that he cleared with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company, you can tell they actually care about their customers!

If you’re looking for a company that gives sketchy receipts and makes $1500+/hr, this is the place for you! The receipt is a summary of the problem with an outrageous price. No breakdown of the cost of service fee, parts, labor, nothing. Just an exorbitant amount of money. I needed new plumbing on my main water valve in the front yard. Already exposed, no digging required. He was there for 20-30 min and charged $768! Was the job done competently? Yes, however not the same dimensions as the previous plumbing. I wouldn’t recommend this company and I will not use them for anything in the future.

Justin did a great job replacing two bathroom faucets and upgrading hardware below. He was thorough and made sure the job was done right. He brought two single handle Moen faucets, which is a good brand with a lifetime warranty. A little more pricey than other faucets but gave me the option to pick out something cheaper if I wanted to. I like the flexibility but went with the recommendation. They look great!

Called at 7am and Heather had someone at my house at 9:30am. Zack was great! Hauled away our old water heater and installed a new one ASAP. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Clogged kitchen drain and repair of improperly install garbage disposal. Nathan came earlier then expected and was very professional and courteous. Job was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable for an emergency call on a Saturday night. Will use this service from now on. Excellent company.

Zack came to fix a major water leak outside That we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. On Christmas Day he came turned the water off and explained the issue. He was kind professional and exceeded my expectations!!! He was extremely helpful and direct!!!! I’m so happy I found the company I will be using moving forward for any plumbing needs! Ask for Zack when you call! The guy is amazing! They’re lucky to have him!
