I didn’t write a review initially since most people only take time to write reviews when they are not happy and I was happy. I am writing a review now because they have amazing customer service. I called them months later with a question about a water softener they installed and they very next day they had someone at my house to make sure it was working the way it should. That separates this company from others. They take price in their work and have great customer service.

Zach saved the day! Spent his Sunday afternoon fixing my washer leak. Fixed it fast and efficiently, and gave me a great water restoration guy to call. Will use for all my future plumbing needs.

They are awesome, they sent this guy called Austin and one other guy to my home. Arrived in a timely manner, respectful, knew what they were doing, very neat work, and hard working. Without them that morning draining out my water heater and pulling it out off my home, it would’ve been a total mess. I will definitely recommend using them 100% and yes will use them in the future again if needed. Thanks again guys, you’re the bast.😊

We had an emergency leak on Sunday afternoon, Zach showed up in about 1 hour of my call, gave us info on problem & had restoration company here to evaluate the whole problem. Gave us info on insurance as we were in a panic for this BIG problem. Got water going and set up other services needed. Great customer service a d really set our minds at ease. Would highly recommend this company.

I called the company phone number late Saturday afternoon, not expecting service until the next day. Surprisingly only 45 minutes later Nathan shows up and fixes my disposal within minutes. He was very professional and efficient. It was a very excellent experience, as I was expecting dinner guests soon thereafter. I told him he was “Nate, the Great!” I will call this company next time I have an emergency.

Excellent service. Javier came out as scheduled. He gave me several options to repair my broken shower control. Repairs were completed over a two day period with minimal downtime.

Justin came out and was fantastic. Really knowledgeable. He took one look under the kitchen sink and knew right away why it was leaking. Quick fix, can’t beat the price. Even offered to get me in touch with someone for another issue. Will definitely use again!

Austin and his co worker came out they were extremely courteous and prompt at getting right to work.. they even greeted themselves when they were walking up and I knew it was them by the pictures I had seen on the website. Although Austin wasn’t able to fully fix the issue he did explain we needed a new toilet cause the one we had wasn’t letting it drain anymore and wasn’t due to the pipes or anything like that. He even stated after we get the toilet if we have any questions on the Installation I can call him and he will come back out and help! Now that’s some great customer service if you ask me. Thank you Austin and the team at Emergency Master Plumbing LLC. You’ve got a customer for life! I definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!

The worker really knew his business. Very knowledgeable and fast he of two techs discovered my almost 22,000 gallon leak from my toilet. He also worked out a financial plan which really will help!!!

Zack was awesome! He came out numerous times, always answered my questions and explained what he was doing, did tests to figure out the root cause of the leak, and finally, repaired it. He was very thorough. I appreciated that! I will definitely continue to use Emergency Master Plumbing when I have plumbing issues in the future.
