We had an unexpected emergency tonight with our shower. We couldn’t get the water to stop running. We called this business and they were able to get out here right away. Cory S was able to find and repair the leak for us and had it all done in under 20 mins! Not only did he know what he was doing but he was friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will use them again should we have a need in the future.

My wife discovered water in the garage at around 7PM. Right away I knew it was the water heater. It was the original water heater and was more than 10 years old. I called Emergency Master Plumbing for the first time and a girl answers. I informed her my problem and was able to get someone the same day for a quote. I agreed and about 1hr later Cory came in, confirmed it was the water heater, and got a reasonable quote. Unfortunately the water also damaged my walls. Cory contacted a restoration company to get an estimate and who are able to work with my home insurance. Cory was able to partially repair the issue so I can still use water inside the home. He was setting up his schedule to finish up the job with installing a new water heater by tomorrow. Once Cory left the restoration company came the same day to assess the water damage, set up a claim with my insurance, and completed the paperwork. We also set up the restoration for next week. It was all an easy process starting from first calling Emergency Master Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this company. You guys just got a life long customer. Thank you!

Omg what can I say about this company. I was dealing with a leak in my main line for a little over a week. Three plumbers later, I found Emergency Master Plumbing & Air. Nate came last night at 9pm and put a temp fix on the main water line and came back this morning with Ali and worked diligently until the leak was fixed and everything worked perfectly inside the house. Thank you so so much for all your hard work. I am now most definitely a life long customer and will not use another plumber ever!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!!

After 3-1/2 months of waiting for our new floors to be installed, the day they were being installed, the shut-off valve for the waterline to the refrigerator began to leak, causing flooding all over the kitchen and living room. And, of course, it was after hours, so we called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and they came right out and replaced it. We were very pleased with their responsiveness and their prices were pretty fair. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Justin was awesome! A leaking faucet was holding up closing on a home I was selling. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get on the schedule that day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was basically an emergency service call. The tech, Justin was on time, clean, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! I’ll be using them in the future.

Used Emergency Masters to replace gas water heater. Great experience. 10/10 will be using them again!

This was our first time using this company and it was an emergency as our faucet broke. They were responsive and the plumber that fixed our faucet was fantastic! Cory was professional, knowledgeable, provided great customer service, and was very patient with our little one. I highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

I broke my toilet supply line and angle stop trying to install a bidet. I could not stop the leaking and panicked because water was everywhere and it was 8pm on a Friday night. Luckily Emergency Master Plumbing rescued me. I can't remember her name, but whoever answered my call was very sweet and helpful.

Zack W was to my house within 90 minutes. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me and also explaining what had occurred. He replaced everything necessary and even helped finish installing the bidet. Super friendly, understanding, and helpful. 10/10 for Zack.

The repair was also not as expensive as I anticipated. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, emergency or routine repair.

From the moment I got Hailey on the phone until Zach Willis left, I was happy I called Emergency Master Plumbing. When I got on the phone with Hailey, she was professional, a great listener, and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten my water heater replaced the same day I called. Zach was knowledgeable, professional, patient, understanding, friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to finish the job even though it was very late in his day. I am lucky to have had the customer service I received today and would definitely recommend this company because of it!
