Been real busy with work lately and I needed a toilet installed. Got in touch with Austin and they got me done same day. The guys did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Had a plumbing leak and had to turn off the water. Called Emergency Master Plumbing on a Sunday and they were there within hours. Cory was great. Explained what the issue was a corrected it quickly.

Two technicians came to repair my A/C unit. I called on a Sunday morning and they were at my condo within three hours. They were very professional and explained everything to me in great detail. The price to fix a part was very reasonable. I have a home warranty service but used this company due to an emergency. I would use them again. They were great!

Highly recommend! Our AC went out and they were the only company that took our emergency seriously and fit us in to their schedule the same day. They were the only ones that actually came out on a Saturday morning, assessed the situation and followed up first thing Monday after they were able to grab a replacement unit. They also assessed a possible reason for the leak (faulty pressure reduction valve) and fixed it too. I really appreciate the timely work and communication throughout the process.

Zach was professional and took care of our water bib leaking. From start to finish he took maybe 45 minutes. I called around 9am and they had someone out in less than 2 hours. Awesome company!

The whole team here was amazing. Heather in the office worked really hard to help us out with all the insurance details. Ray was an amazing technician. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Redoing all the piping underneath our house wasn't really in our plans but they were there for us throughout the entire process. They had really competitive pricing as well. I'm glad we were able to find such an honest company. I would definitely use these guys again. They're just good people.

We have had nothing but excellent service from Emergency Master Plumbing, the whole team is great. We called last Saturday and Cory was out on Sunday in the time frame promised. He found the source of the leak up in the super hot attic and fixed it by replacing the line with much higher quality piping material than the original. The business is family run by Austin and they warranty everything they do.
