Mike, our technician, did his usual 5 star service. He helped us figure out a scheduling problem on our thermostat control so we can manually set up what we need. He also did a great job cleaning our coils and explaining the proper way to do so. He is so knowledgeable and personable. Glad we have Grand Canyon as our system maintenance provider.

I called Grand Valley to service my furnace. The young lady that answered the phone was friendly and professional and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Kyle texted me when he was on his way. Kyle was so friendly and explained completely what the issue was with my furnace. Can’t say enough good things about Grand Canyon. We will definitely use them again for any services. Cannot compliment them enough and would definitely recommend them.

We first called Grand Canyon in 2016 after we found issues and damage to our one year old compressor from the original builder install that was no longer under warranty. They were professional, treated us with respect and offered fair pricing. And they are always on time. We’ve used them every year for maintenance and check up and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Called Grand Canyon after someone gave me their number because I needed my fireplace looked at. Since it is a gas fireplace, I didn't want to attempt anything on my own. GC was able to schedule within 2 weeks and got me fixed right up. Mike was a great technician.

Todd helped us with our gas fireplace! It had been a long time since it had been cleaned. We just bought our house in November of 2021 and had only used it once to see if it worked. At that time things seemed okay. Now many months later, it was no longer lighting. Todd fixed it right away and did a wonderful job on cleaning it as well. Thank you again Todd, you are AWESOME!

GCHS repaired our fireplace on the back patio and fixed it right. The original design had a design flaw with plastic parts right near where the flame and heat was located, so they melt. Kyle thought of a better plan and relocated the parts away from the heat. I wish the last guy had done that. Good people and company...jpm
