This review is regarding an on-site consulting appointment with Juan.
Juan performed a thorough inspection of my existing AC unit inside and out. He then discuss all of his finding: what they are, why they are of concern and how Grand Canyon would address them. He then discussed the AC units offered and the differences between them.
The visit took a little over two hours. I appreciate the time and effort to gather information about my current AC, my future plans for the house: "how long I plan to live at this residence" and to answer my questions. I was provided two estimates via email later in the day. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or steered to a particular unit.
Prior to this visit, I had two other AC companies provide me estimates also. One performed an inspection but didn't go into much detail regarding his findings. The other only looked at the unit outside, gave me the "sales pitch" and I felt like he had someplace better to be.
I found Grand Canyon Home Services through Yelp reviews. I contacted them on Sunday and they were able to get my a/c repaired on Monday for half the price of another competitor. I would recommend Grand Canyon, as they were prompt, helpful and HONEST! Todd P. was a great technician. Thank you Grand Canyon
These guys are Fantastic! My AC went out in 2014 and I got two completely different opinions from my home warranty company's contract workers. I went to Grand Canyon outside of home warranty and they took video and fought hard agains my home warranty to have the correct repairs covered..They were successful and have maintained my AC ever since. They have honest prices and they are quick to respond. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.
This was the second time in 3 yrs that we had Grand Canyon HVAC out to the house. The first time was because I blew a fuse on the air handler in the attic without knowing it, trying to replace the thermostat. The serviceman from Grand Canyon at that time, could have told me I needed a new circuit board, but coming down from the attic reported only a fuse blown. I was VERY impressed at this gentleman's (companies) integrity. Now we are selling our house and the inspector said rattling was coming from the air handler. We've never heard any noise like that, but we called Grand Canyon to check it out. Todd was the serviceman. He was very clean, professional and did a thorough inspection of the air handler and found it to be sound and in good working order. Again, who knows what he "could" have found and charged us for, but again, another serviceman with the utmost integrity who only reported what he found after a complete and honest inspection. These 2 personal incidents have made us FOREVER customers of Grand Canyon Home Services. Honest and Integrity. Thank you Grand Canyon!
Woke up yesterday morning to no A/C and it was humid and hot! Tried to contact our home warranty company, and finally after 3 hours they called me back. The assigned a service ticket and the contractor was pushing the repair visit out 6 days! No way! It's summer in Phoenix, are you kidding!? So my husband called Grand Canyon, they agreed to quickly dispatch someone. Unfortunately he was on a plane from LA to PHX and I was at work over an hour away. The tech didn't need access to the house for the likely repair, however, he did need my credit card info. And guess what I had done just that morning when I left in a flurry due to the A/C issues...left my purse and wallet at home on the counter. Between scheduling issues, travelling conflicts and lack of payment method - Grand Canyon was great! Kathy @ office was fantastic and understanding during my 'rant' and the tech, Todd was fantastic as well because I oddly had to have him go into the house, find my purse and get my credit card from my wallet for payment. Talk about crazy day! Came home last night to the house cooled from 85 to 78 (in only 2 hours) and by later last night finally to a very comfortable temperature. Very quick service and polite! Would definitely recommend Grand Canyon.
Once again this year our service tech, Todd, did an excellent job. He is becoming part of the "family" here. Our dog, Willow, likes him also. Jasper was here a couple times also and is always eager to help with things. He installed a ceiling fan for us and did our yearly air and heating also. We have never had a service person that we didn't like. It is always a pleasant experience with Grand Canyon. Hope to have them all with you for many years. Tell Crystal I said HI.
I am very pleased with the service I received from my service technician Jasper. This is the second time he had been to my home. Both times he was very thorough and took the time to ask and respond to my questions. He is very professional and punctual. I will continue to call Grand Canyon for all my heating and cooling needs and I will definitely request they send Jasper.
The technicians at Grand Canyon are the best in the business, they're honest, knowledgeable and were very friendly to me and my family. When our AC broke this summer Grand Canyon was there right away, working to keep our house cool. I refer them to all my friends and highly recommend them if you're looking for the best.
This is not the first time I use Grand Canyon, just got my air conditioning serviced. They call before showing up, They cleaned the air-conditioner unit and the furnace the service tech explained to me everything he did. These guys are just awesome! I highly recommend them!
